After working with her, our son now takes 2 naps during the day and sleeps 12 hours overnight, all independently. The schedule and routines she helped craft for us have given us first time parents a degree of freedom and reliability that we just didn't have before. She's also such a joy to work with - her energy is infectious and her positive affirmations and validations helped give us confidence that we were on the right track. Thank you, Jenni, for teaching us about circadian rhythm science! Bonus: we're getting better quality sleep too!

5 Stars We are so…read moreincredibly grateful that we found Jennijune.com and Jennifer. Before working with her, we were really struggling to get our baby to sleep through the night. It felt exhausting and overwhelming, and to make things harder, my wife was having trouble hearing our baby cry, which added another layer of stress and anxiety to the situation. From the very beginning, Jennifer was calm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the science behind infant sleep -- explaining wake windows, our baby's natural sleep rhythm, and how brain development is directly supported by quality rest. It wasn't just about "getting the baby to sleep"; it was about helping our daughter get the proper rest her growing brain needs to thrive. Jennifer created a comprehensive, customized schedule that we could realistically implement. What we loved most was that her approach worked with our baby's natural rhythm instead of against it. Within a short time, we saw a significant reduction in crying and a huge improvement in overall sleep. The changes felt gentle and intentional, not forced. Beyond her expertise, Jennifer's support was truly exceptional. She was clear but always kind, responsive to questions, and provided amazing follow-up. The constant check-ins made us feel supported every step of the way. She also gave us guidance for upcoming developmental stages so we feel prepared for what's next rather than anxious about it. We're now two weeks in, and everyone in our home is getting -- as Jennifer might say -- "that sweet, delicious sleep." The difference in our baby's mood, our energy levels, and the overall peace in our home has been incredible. We would highly, highly recommend Jennifer to any family struggling with sleep. Working with her has been one of the best decisions we've made for our daughter and for ourselves.

He would roll during the night and get frustrated when he couldn't roll back. My husband and I were up every hour during the night to adjust him and console him. You know those times when you have no idea what choice to make? Nicole will be there to coach you real time. I first contacted Nicole when my son was 3 months old. He was sleeping 1-2 hours at a time and not napping. She helped me through teaching him to fall asleep and nap on his own. She helped me with strategies for my 2-year-old who went from sleeping all night to waking all night after her brother was born. My newborn son was a tough cookie to crack. I gave up on Nicole's advice when he was not sleeping well at night, still just 2-3 hour stretches. At 10 months, I reached a breaking point and contacted her again. After 2 weeks of following her advice, my baby started sleeping. ALL NIGHT LONG. Like 10-12 hour stretches. It was miraculous and life changing. Nicole is there to help you when you have tried everything and you are at the end of your rope. She is patient, supportive, and non-judgmental. So wonderful. I owe her for my sanity and renewed lease on life!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office…read more I had a sleep study and the technician was rude and inappropriate- I also have called MANY times with no return phone call. The office works with a third party supplier and on all occasions the office has not contacted the supplier in a reasonable amount of time and weeks have gone by while I waited for the office to return phone calls. Vanessa, in particular, has not returned calls and the office staff follows suit. I highly recommend if you want to work with a sleep doctor you contact one that is organized, knowledgeable and returns messages - I find their behavior to be, not only unprofessional but inept. I am sorry to report this, but it's been months since I first contacted them and two months later I still don't have my CPAP equipment sorted out due to their unprofessionalism.

I would avoid this office. As a patient, I should not have to correct their billing errors. When I…read morespecifically asked the office if they had a "prior authorization" from the insurance company to do the study. I would expect their answer to be truthful. The truthful answer was actually "your insurance company doesn't require a prior authorization." That is NOT what I was told. Anyone in the industry knows that response is a canned response from the insurance company, and if the office does not get some sort of auth number, someone is getting billed. Years later, I am getting billed by Dr. Mostafavi for about 5K. I have repeatedly called and asked for the prior authorization document. Just this week (9/25/2025), I learned that there is no prior auth document. The office should have known this routine ploy by the insurance company. I would NEVER have had the study if they had told me that they did not have an authorization number. Don't scam your patients; it is not right. If the office messes up on insurance preparations and doesn't communicate with the patient, then that error is on Dr. Mostafavi and his office.

From the start, she was thoughtful and thorough--taking time to understand our situation and comfort level with different sleep training methods. She created a customized plan and checked in regularly, helping us navigate challenges until our son was sleeping through the night!
