We setup a time for the following day. I was worried about using a contractor I didn't know - but saw a few reviews on another site. After the initial conversation, I was plugged in to some type of automated dispatch system that was effective and efficient. Timely communication and I always knew what was going on. Yunnier was free a few hours earlier than expected and I received an automated text with some location data giving me plenty of notice (about 30 min?). Yunnier was professional, kind, and very easy to work with. He got right to work. There were a couple minor oddities about the wiring and he gave me clear options to choose from. I was shocked that he finished the project in less than an hour, showed me how everything worked, and cleaned up completely after himself. The total cost was $90 and I could pay using my phone (check, and cash were also options). That seemed like a small price to pay to sit inside and not have neck and back issues for a few days! I will definitely use their services in the future when project like this come up. Looks great! I'm completely satisfied.
