At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each. At the onset, we had initially wanted to get a few companies to come out to provide quotes... but our questions on cost and concerns were put to rest within the first 30 minutes of talking with Kyle and Asheton. We knew there wasn't another company that would take care of our home, better than if we did it ourselves. After the best replacement choice for our home's needs was made, their team was scheduled and the entire job (along with gutters installed) was completed within two days. Asheton came out when both the roof and gutters were being done, and stayed the entire time. She was beyond kind, answered our questions, and walked us through each step being performed, making certain we were comfortable all along the way. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
