The crew here at BMW from Cat at the front desk to the guys moving the cars and let's not forget Jeremy my service advisor are all amazing souls. Going here is not fun... it is because your property was or is damaged. The team here made me feel so much better leaving my hard earned money with them that it would be returned to me as if it were new. Well again, they did exactly what they said they would do. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling reassured, confident, and with full faith my car would be taken care of. If you are ever in need of collision repair... these guys are certified in almost all makes and models from the many accredited plaques I saw on the wall, and they stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. Never do business with these con artist.they had me coming back to back after a transmission job…read morethey half did.they left bolts loose on my engine and trasmission and it wasn't put back in right.another mechanic told me that if i hit one hard bump or pothole that my engine and transmission would have literally feel out, smh.they never want to work on your car in front of you always when your gone and even then they don't be working they just stand around looking under your car or sitting.i was passing by watching them literally do nothing but I would call and he would say oh I'm running test,or I'm under your car now.just lying I would be looking right at them and half the time he always gone running off somewhere.i had to go back multiple times it literally made me sick.i was tired of seeing them every other day only for everybody to be looking crazy like they didn't know what was going on.one minute he might fix something then the next he act dumb like he don't know how to use a diagnostic computer or tools.they also be drinking on the job.worst mechanic on dip stay far away.also they barely answer the phone or call you back to keep you updated on your car, they just leave you wondering.and afterwards they never reset my computer which caused it to shut off on me!also the last time he so called fixed a problem my computer wasn't reset again and my power locks aren't working.i just took my car home with me and will let someone good fix the computer but if your a mechanic you should know this stuff point blank period!!!they make it look like they get a lot of business but the cars on the lot or broken down and just sitting there(probably screwed them over too). It's sad and pathetic what a person will do the keep getting money and keep their buisness going at the expense of others.
