Think your appointment is confirmed because you have a text message from the company confirming the date/time? Nah, they don't care about that! More details below, but believe me-RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! We purchased a power recliner from Ashley HomeStore North Charleston, SC in spring of 2019. On January 16, 2020 we contacted this store as the recliner had broken. Ashley HomeStore informed us that the recliner was still under warranty and that our claim would be sent to their outsourced furniture repair company. We were contacted by Fast Furniture Repair, LLC by phone to schedule a time for the repair over 2 weeks later. At that time we let FFR LLC we would need a weekend repair appointment due to our work schedules. Later that week, on 2/10/20 we received a text message from FFR LLC confirming an appointment for 2/29/20. Confirmation was given to this appointment and FFR LLC replied. Days later, FFR LLC customer service contacted us to schedule a repair appointment, as they stated we had "missed" our appointment. We quickly escalated the call to a manager, continuing to repeat that we had a confirmed appointment on 2/29/20 with text message documentation. The supervisor of scheduling, Charles Walsh, repeatedly stated no appointment was made for 2/29 and refused to honor this date or provide any satisfactory solution. When a screenshot of the text message confirming the 2/29 appointment was sent to Mr. Walsh, he simply replied it was the wrong date and refused to send a technician. Mr. Walsh then confirmed a new service date of 3/7/20, as we had stated again that we could have service calls only on Saturdays. On 3/4/20 FFR LLC scheduling called us yet again to schedule our service call. We again stated that we had a call scheduled for 3/7/20, but no call person staff would honor this date. We escalated the call to Mr. Walsh again, who repeatedly stated that he had never talked to us, emailed us, or had any idea about a 2/29/20 service call that had not been honored. When we referred to his own emails about the previous call, showing that he had indeed been involved in the cancellation of the 2/29/20 appointment, Mr. Walsh continued to lie and say there had never been a 2/29/20 appointment, and also that no 3/7/20 appointment was scheduled. Mr. Walsh refused to honor the 3/7/20 date and refused to escalate the issue to his supervisor. At this time no service call has been completed for this issue.

Repair man started whining because I asked him to wait in driveway. So I canceled appointment. There's gotta be some level of respect for your customers. wouldn't recommend them at all.
