Forty-five minutes later, he still wasn't here, so my husband called and was then told that the technician was running late, and the dispatcher was "just getting ready to call us". He finally showed about 2:30, only to tell me that they did not work on doors larger than 10'. After all this he is kind enough to tell me that we wouldn't be charged for the service call.
