Eventually made it to scheduling 8 weeks out... fast forward to today OCT 1st... I never received a confirmation that they were coming or a time frame they would arrive. They show up unannounced while I'm at work and are repeatedly calling/emailing me. The office manager, Leslie, left me a nasty email. When told that I was not home because they never confirmed, she replied with "We do not work that way. Never have, never will." She was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not happy that they traveled a distance and I was not home due to the lack of communication. How is this a proper way to conduct business? It is 2026. A confirmation that you were coming and a time frame is pretty standard for business nowadays. If you're mad about me not being home and you traveling a distance then maybe you should have confirmed the appointment. They also didn't even offer to reschedule. When I told them I could have someone there in an hour I was told we had to cancel the job all together. My business clearly means nothing to them. Needless to say I do not recommend using them for anything.

I've called dozens of times just to find out that the Indianapolis franchise owner is going out of business and won't even answer his phone. He no longer will respond to me and left me screw. $8500 for spray foam that isn't doing me any good. Don't recommend. Also, when they came to spray it, they pulled in my yard left giant ruts that they did not fix and got Spray Foam over a bunch of weight equipment that they did not clean up.
