Burned my cuticle getting the drill too close! Dip powder way to thick and he dipped but did not file down. Two nails were not cured enough and became tacky! Cut nails on toes to short and real bad job in painting them. Paid 71.00 for a terrible pedicure and even worse manicure! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! Do not waste your money or time there! I don't know where to begin, but I'll start this way: DON'T GO HERE. I've NEVER written a yelp review. The pedicure I received was mediocre, but the real problems started when I sat down for my French tip dip manicure. The technician was rude to me and to everyone else who walked in. She cut my skin and when I complained that I was bleeding, she didn't say a word, kept working and when SHE felt like she could address her error, she dabbed a piece of cotton with something to make the bleeding stop and then THREW the cotton in my direction! The quality of the manicure was so poor that when I saw the final product and asked what happened, she said there was a problem with the powder and I could come back later or a different day to have it fixed. Yah - not happening! She didn't charge me for it because she knew it was so bad. Dirty, gross, disorganized, rude, and poor quality of service. read more

This was the best pedicure I've ever had, too bad I'm just passing through town. It felt like she knew I had bad curriculation and was genuinely trying to help correct it. She used heated stones to massage my feet & legs. In addition to massaging my legs with heated lotion by hand. The energy pull was amazing. I wish I could take her to Charlotte with me. read more

The service here was awful and I felt unwelcome in the environment. The tech that my mom and I got ignored everything we asked for, I would not recommend wasting your time and money here. read more

They didn't hold up after one week and had chipped significantly. Don't feel like pricing was ever transparent, despite having the pricing paper at the register, but that not adding up to what I was charged. I'm used to seeing it written out and broken down for transparency and also for ex: if I ask for a design or a service that's a bit extra, they let me know how much extra before even doing it

I would schedule visits home around her schedule so she could cut and color my hair. I really like her for a few reasons. First is that she had really good taste. She's good at explaining what needs to be done, what would look good, what wouldn't look good, etc. Second, she's really good at doing it! I haven't had any mistakes with anything when I went. I did have a friend that the color didn't turn out all that great, but LeAnne offered to fix it for free! Third, she's really easy to talk to and knowledgeable about hair and hair products. I really wish I lived closer so I can have her as my regular stylist!
