A professional medical genius which intelligence only -and I say if ever, could MAYBE, and I…read moreunderline against all odds, -be superseded by a very small group of the smartest people on earth. In any case it must be a rare happening with highly unthinkable variables of supreme forces at play, probably unprecedented as far I know, and I need not know anyone else then this fantastic person, a dream of a wish, to be recommended, YES! I DO, she is the best doctor I cant even imagine a better choice then this monument of a woman, perfect in every way. And IF you Choose this doctor... Have clear focus now and listen carefully, -You will have her complete attention, a mastermind unworthy of bullshit so remember the creed of all men, -To Ride, Shoot Strait and Speak the Truth! -I know, I know.. I don't speak about it -I Fucking preach! Excuse the language, I'm from the north, and cant escape my roots or restrain myself of evolving the stereotype even further. My advise is not to be regarded lightly, this is the law so honor the bond and keep her respect. Stay within her noble reach to deserve this guardian of your well-being. And IF you get it, I sure hope so, whatever it takes, copy this lesson into your brain or at least take notes of what I am trying to say, - I guarantee those who learn, its a smart move, a total game-changer, no more worries, no doubt or fear of death, -seriously, I believe in two things, 1. Common Sense. 2. My doctors evaluation. Period! I love the feeling of trust I have in her judgment, she is like a mystic keeper of wisdom and she surrounds the room when she enter your instinct tells you are now in the presence of a highly evolved being with sensual movements the aura of something better then before.. you will see for yourself, I am not in love, yet, but will not pretend either statement which denies that she is completed and if so, that she was the goal... Then people would proceed to automatically think and speak of me as super ambushes and that I would be better off making a carrier out of chasing her shadow, That's my view, she raise the bar and formerly glow with unnatural grace and radiant competence. But to be clinical and down to the point, its a gift to feel sustain in matters of life and death. You have been recommend and I vote Ingrid as your Doctor. -A Choice you can live with... forever at peace. And I am sure you will feel the same, She is capable, skilled and So Right for me that I promise, deep and holy, she I revere. I mean, for me it was like `the bulls-eye of self-realization, unbelievable luck, You just hit jack-pot and now you are set for a life - a life-time in good hands! Thank to her, and whatever vims of Gods to grant you a fucking miracle, strictly metaphorical speaking of course, Heden or not, its a special occasion for me, to able to write these words So curtain of this truth, like I am truly blest, perhaps still under the influence or lost in any similar leftfield experience, still safe and sound with the knowledge of that no matter what life brings, you still have Ingrid- your perfect doctor, to tend and care for your health and matters of predomination forget it/I have spoken, the choice is of course yours and yours alone, But in my opinion... it would be totally irresponsible not to pick Dr. Ingrid Rolfsjord as your Physician. So now you know, slam this into a dictionary for good decisions about your health, and I say this in extreme prejudges for all other bewildered ideas some half-baked review might have on you, forget it, pure garbage, She is the One! .. and I like her very much, she is funny, charming and has a great sense of humor and a tolerant view on my idiotic endless endeavors. Take heath - From life to Death, I Swear to love her Kindness beyond the grave and to remember to recommend her again when I return! Because its Not Hopeless, -I have found a good Doctor, for us all... \Thank you for reading this, it was time well spent, I assure you! My job is done! I bid you Farwell - and say bye bye!

I was skeptical because I do a lot of research when choosing a GP, but decided to give this new doctor a try before I once again started a search for a new GP that I could tolerate. I am thrilled that I didn't switch. My new doctor, Tahira Gilani-Mehrnawaz, is absolutely the best GP I have had. I always felt all my other GPs here in Norway just wanted me in and out of their office as quick as possible and really didn't care what I had to say. I would often walk out of their offices frustrated, knowing I didn't get the care I needed. Tahira, on the other hand, seems to really care. I have been to her twice and both times she listened to what I had to say and didn't just give me her opinion as to what was going on. I literally walked out of her office with tears of joy the first time I saw her. I felt for the first time in the 10 years I have been living in Norway that I found a GP that actually cares about her patients and isn't just trying to get through as many patients as possible. I would recommend her to anyone and wish that anyone who is as fed up with the system here as I was would try her out. If this review was just for Tahira, then I would have given it 5 stars, however, it is for Lilletorget Legekontor and I am still not impressed by the women that work in the front. They are often very rude and cold. I would feel more warmth from a metal robot than from some of the women that work there.

Oh how I have been waiting for Yelp to come to Norway so I can start reviewing some of the awful…read more(and wonderful doctors) I have had since moving to Norway and after having Rikke Adele Raftemo, I longed for the day to be able to let people know what a terrible doctor she is... I get it. I am American living in Norway. I speak fluent Norwegian. My writing isnt the best, so I choose to write in English on Yelp for Norway. When I went to Preventia, I also was just becoming fluent in Norwegian and medical terms arent necessarily the first words you get to know in a new language so when choosing a new doctor, I always called around to make sure they the doctor would be comfortable with speaking English. I called Preventia and asked about the Rikke and if she would be comfortable speaking English. "Oh yes, not a problem. Rikke has many non-Norwegian patients" I was told. So my first time seeing Rikke, I spoke English. She spoke back in Norwegian and I asked her a couple of times if she could repeat what she said in English because I wasn't sure if I understood her correctly. She sighed a loud sigh and rolled her eyes and repeated in English. She continued on to ask me how long I had lived in Norway. At that time it had been five years. Her reply, "well, if you have been living here for so long, one would think you could speak and understand the language by now. I am only doing you a favor by saying everything in Norwegian then." I explained to her that on a daily basis, I speak and read Norwegian, but that when it comes to my health, I would like to be 100% positive that I understand all that is being said. I told to her that I had called before I ever chose her as my doctor to make sure she was fine speaking English. Had I known she was going to behave like this, I would have never gone to her. I went to her a couple of times after that out of necessity and each time she was just as "helpful" as the first time, wanting to lecture me about not speaking Norwegian in her office more than wanting to help me with whatever issue I had. I feel sorry for any person that has this woman as a doctor and would tell anyone who was thinking about going to her to run as far away as possible.

As I mentioned before, rooms were cosy, and they also had overhead usb chargers, but due to some strange planning we had to put the kettle on the floor, as the cord was not long enough. The toiletries selection was basic, and the hair conditioner was missing.l, which I find very strange for a 4 star hotel! Now, to cleaning. The first day our room was not cleaned. The maid came, we asked her to come back in 10 minutes as we were just about to leave, but I guess she decided not to. I'm not sure if they cleaned the second day of just changed the towels, as the beds were undone ( again, don't get me wrong, I'm not a princess, but then don't charge me for a four star service please). On the third day they didn't clean although we left a sing on - I found out when came back to collect a forgotten fleece; so I had to ask the reception to clean our room. The lift sometimes worked sometimes didn't. Not that big problem for us as we lived on the fourth floor, but might be a problem for some people. Overall, I think the amount of stars should be reduced, to give a fair impression to potential customers.

It was far too late in the evening for a debate (the website says I can, so I'll just claim them later) The room was small, as to be expected in a euro-single price... the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and loose under where you need to stand for the sink and there was only a bar of soap... the next day I was given shampoo (horray!) but it's all a bit non-attention-to-detail. The pictures of the larger rooms looked a bit nicer but given that I'll probably not be this last-minute if I ever go to Oslo again, I'm guessing I won't be back. The location, however is ideal if you want something on the outskirts for a little less money and easily reached by the central station (two stops) but I'd recommend staying on the west/central area than here, this was a bit out of the way.

I was in the middle of receiving a diagnosis for a problem I have been having for over 4 years when…read moreI moved to Norway from the US and had to start the diagnostic process all over. I went to the Stensparken Medisinske Senter and attempted to make an appointment only to find my doctor was on an extended holiday until further notice. I made an appointment with the interim doctor, explicitly saying I was only there to receive a referral to a specialist for my diagnostic purposes (a GP just wouldn't be able to help me at this point, I wish!). So, I received an appointment with Stein Wiel who, after being almost 20 minutes late, told he didn't want to help me because my situation was too difficult, and to wait until a 3rd replacement doctor came in in a few weeks. As my condition is degenerative, I told him a few weeks was really unacceptable to which he replied "But you've already been waiting 4 years for this, so a few weeks more won't hurt". I told him a GP was really unnecessary, to which I had to explain what rheumatology was (a word nearly identical in Norwegian). This all in the span of 5 minutes - a service he was insistent in charging me over 300 kroner for. After I wrote him a letter saying this fee was unacceptable as he was 20 minutes late, talked with me for 5 minutes and blatantly said he was uninterested in helping me, he sent me a letter back saying basically how rude I was and tacked on an additional 2 late fees for the invoice being under dispute (his reason was that the fee is "for his time and not his services" Must be nice to receive over 3600 NOK(600USD) per hour then for doing absolutely nothing!). The staff was equally unhelpful in this matter. The phone lines are always down, and even if they are on are almost never answered. I have now been waiting for over 3 months to receive a referral as they keep mismanaging my files, and needles to say I would never in my life come back here again. The only reason this is 1 star higher than the lowest rating is because my new doctor, Elizabeth Oppdal, is a nice woman who has done her best to help me (though her best is still not up to task for the dilemma I have on my hands, unfortunately.) Would avoid this place like the plague.

I first went there to get some help with a problem I had had since I was a child. When I told him I had this problem, he said to be "I have seen people that have (this problem) and you do NOT have it". Upon further examination, he discovered that I did suffer from said problem. He started treating me for it and put me on all types of weird medications that really screwed with my system. Every time I went for a check up, I would tell him about how I felt worse on the medication than before, but he wouldn't listen. I became a member of Volvat just so I could be treated properly for the issue I was having. The last time I had an appointment with him was for my back of which I have had problems with also since I was a kid. I had not mentioned anything about the other problem I had when making the appointment and he had already been informed that I was being treated at Volvat for the problem, so there was no need to discuss it. Well he took the entire appoinment time to talk to me about the other problem I had been suffering from. When I finally told him I came in to get help for my back, he told me he was out of time and I would need to make another appointment for that. Obviously, I did not make another appointment with him.
