Avoid. Fjordtours sells railway tickets for visiting Norway - branded the original Norway in a nutshell by rail and ferry from Oslo to Bergen. They will not refund tickets not possible to used, even though they are able to get refunds from the Vy railroad and ferry companies. In our case we had several tickets for visitors from Japan that got stranded in Kyushu after a terrible earthquake disaster. Fjordtour has a very unhelpful attitude referring to the customer's travel insurance instead of taking care of the customers and offering a full refund as this is the right thing to do even if they will be able to get refunded from their partner railroad/ferry companies. read more
