Upon researching where to stay in Buenos Aires, we continued to read that it is best to stay in…read moreeither Palermo or Puerto Modero, but the hotels seemed to be more expensive and the rooms the size of shoe boxes. I am a vegetarian, so the only reason I would like Palermo is because it seemed to have all the vegetarian restaurants. However, we found one right around the corner from our hotel. Even though crossing 9 de Julio can seem to take forever, overall we were happy with the hotel and the area. It was very central to everything we wanted to do, and super easy to get around. Our room was very spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast each morning had a large variety to choose from, and the breakfast staff was always friendly even though our Spanish is "muy malo." If you are a tourist don't let the area turn you off, it is still close to Florida St, Puerto Modero, and Teatro Colon. There is also a Hop on Off bus stop 4 blocks away.

This Hotel was originally called Navarro Hotel by a family. Since sold to a cooperation and change…read morethe name to Natural Hotel. It's a few blocks away from the monument and tons of places to eat or shop. The front desk staff was nice but got slammed with team USA and many other counties that were here for the World Skate Games 2022. They did a great job with breakfast, team lunches to go and dinners. Joseph, Silvina, Alexandra.... And the rest of the Restaurant Staff was excellente! They were very friendly with a Smile and always helping us to select the right foods to try. Not knowing any Spanish... they spoke English and helped us with what we needed. Mahalo for having such great employees. The food was amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I went to buy these tickets to ride the sight seeing bus in…read moreBuenos Aires. I made the horrible mistake to stop in this place, where they not only have different tariffs for foreigners, but they charge an extra fee for a ticket that you can buy inside of the bus. The lady gave me each ticket for 300 pesos. The normal price is 260. For my kid she charged 200, then I realized that the actual price for children is 130. She charged me 70 pesos more for my kid. Beside all this difference in tariffs, she didn't let me pay with card, at any rate she wanted cash. When I offered to pay with dollars she offer to receive them in 10 pesos each dollar. I felt something was wrong and I asked her for a bill of what I paid. She said that if she takes the time to print the bill, then the in coming bus will leave me and I would have to wait 30 mins more. I said I wanted my bill and she gave me 2 receipts expedited 1 hour before my purchase. I got so upset and I complained and then another woman that was there said that nothing is wrong and to give her the old tickets back. I have 2 conclusions; the first one, they are not billing every ticket they process and thats why they want cash, so the company doesn't see what they are doing. The second suspicion is that they are trying to evade taxes and thats why they do not bill every service offered. Anyways, I felt upset about it.

Location, location, location. This is 3 stars only for the location factor, which is amazing…read more This is right across from the gorgeous Recoleta Cemetary, has fantastic views from the roof, and is within walking distance to many of the main tourist sites in the city. There is also a nearby bus stop going right to the airport. There is a large AYCE buffet included with the price of the hotel, and I rather liked the food - bread, yogurt and cereal, meat slices, fruit slices, cheese. Plenty of coffee and various juices to drink. Unfortunately, this is where the "good" aspects end. The negative aspects: -old, falling-apart rooms. The air conditioning rattled loudly. Two nights, the people in the room above us decided to take a shower.. this dumped water down the sides of our walls and it sounded like it was raining in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Wifi did not work in the room. -no customer service.. there are guys at the front desk, but getting information about them and asking questions about things is like pulling teeth. You feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking for help with anything. Same as the rooftop bar. As beautiful as it is up there, when you sit at a table at a bar you expect service! We tried to enjoy drinks up on the roof a couple times and ended up searching for the waitress for service or for the check and it made having drinks up there unpleasant and take a long time. One night I literally was behind the bar myself looking around for a while and no one noticed. If they want people to come to their beautiful rooftop bar, they need to staff it appropriately. -flies!?: we were there in October, it wasn't particularly humid/hot or anything unusual, and there were huge swarms of flies crowding the entrance to the lobby. What was weird was, we went to restaurants and bars around it, and there weren't swarming flies. I don't know what it is about this lobby here that attracts swarming flies, but it was kind of bizarre. In all, for the fantastic location I think they could do a lot better. The rooms need a rehaul and they need better customer service all around. I think with a remodel and training of their staff they could do pretty well.

I spent a couple of nights here while visiting BsAs and did not leave too satisfied with my stay…read more The customer service definitely left much to be desired; the staff is neither friendly nor accommodating. On the plus side, the hotel has a great location with spectacular views of the cemetery from the 14th floor pool deck; the pool is a nice added bonus as well. The hotel has free wifi, although it can be very patchy most of the time. The good: excellent location & spacious rooms The bad: customer service was non existent and the interior of the hotel is dated
