Nougat is a speciality of the house and also stocked in the local LeClerc supermarket, but what I…read morelike best is their individual savory tarts - one or two of them make a very tasty and convenient lunch. Great for taking on walking or cycling trips or if you just can't be bothered preparing anything.
Some of my favourite combinations are the roquefort and walnut, spinach, goats cheese with aubergine I think, mushroom and the pizza with anchovy on top.
They also sell a wide range of sweet treats, frequently involving marzipan, chocolate, alcohol, cream - all the ingredients to make things taste good!
Their basic croissant is also good and should definitely be eaten in preference to any from either a supermarket or the franchised bakery outlets that are now appearing in the area. The bread at the franchise type places is ok, but all the rest is inedible and you should go to local artisan produces like Pujola who won't dissappoint.
Their store display at festive periods such as Easter and Christmas is also awesome, I'll try and upload a pic although I haven't taken it at it's best!
