When I needed his help again to move them and to possibly take the pickets off the panels, he said sorry he couldn't help me and I had to get out there by myself and just do the work myself. We had a disagreement and he called me an F- ing B., when I texted him for help. Other than that, I guess his work is OK, if you like being talked to like that . He likes to talk about his husband all the time and I prefer to keep personal matters out of business relationships, but I guess that's something he likes to do. He is thorough, efficient, and cleans up when he is done. I was a little concerned where the cost would end up on a time and materials job, but it was a fair price for the work done. The only issue I had was the that their answering service did not relay my message, so I had to call back the next day to set the appointment. I cannot vouch for their other plumbers, but JD is great and I will use him for any job that I can't handle.
