Staff is very polite and car is always clean. They are always updating their service.

Great in the summer if you don't have a whole lot of expectations other than giving your car wiped off I always get out and dry it off myself. I don't know if it's the young kids they have here that could care less or if they just don't care at all. The second time I've gone there because I have a monthly membership. Which I am canceling until probably summer. I ask them specifically if they could take that hose that they run around your tires and kind of do nothing with to get the snow and ice from under my wipers on my windshield. The first time I went through there the kid said "oh I got you "and I left with ice on my step rails and ice underneath my wipers. So I thought well I will give them another shot. I came this time and I said will you please take that hose and just hit up there under my wipers and loosen it they don't even respond. And yet again I'm driving home with ice chunks. I'm not paying $20 a month for this. They upgraded and I'm not sure why things are worse. read more

Frustrating. Love it when it's working. Too often I drive there only to find out it's temporarily closed for service. This is so frustrating when paying a monthly fee and can't use it. Wish they could service during closed hours. read more

Awful vehicle wash, prep wash don't know how to prep wash, as my vehicle is 1/3 still dirty after a pass through the auto wash. Tire shine did not apply. I will not be ever using again. read more

Have been using this car wash for years, I'm finally done with them. The kids are not trained, you can give them a good tip and you have the same prep as if no tip. I thought when they got new equipment installed a while back it would be better but it's not. Too bad they have no competition in town, or they would go out of business. It's worth the drive to Brighton or elsewhere to really get your car clean and pay people who give a crap. read more

January 2025. I'm a monthly car wash customer. I buy the $44 per month plan. The was is just ok for the price. Last summer I put a single Harbor Freight ladder rack on my 2020 F150. I asked if it was ok to be washed. They said it was and that they would just turn the top rolling brush off when I came through. I've washed the truck at least 100 times with no issues. Last Saturday the operator didn't turn off the brush. The rack was bent straight back into the bed tearing the bed rail, creasing the panels and breaking the corner welds. Thousands of dollars in damage. Ofcourse it has been dental of any responsibility. I have to sue for damage per the Manager Frank Boigoun. Not hometown friendly but the only game in town. Maybe you will have better luck. read more

Everytime I've been there something hasn't worked, whether it be the side scrubbers, the sprayers, the foam dispensers or the are not giving you what you paid for. Today I paid for a 12 dollar wash and didn't get the triple foam and the right side scrubber wasn't working. They used to do a good job at pre washing and now they act like they don't give a shit and they are being bothered, the prewash was damn near all water and no soap. For the amount of effort they put into it they might as well not bother! I will not return. I will drive to Lee rd by Costco and go to that one instead! read more

RIP OFF!!!! If your looking to waste your money then this definitely is your car wash. Put money in and barely any soapy water mix to rinse off car and then when you switch to actually soap to wash your vehicle nothing barley any soap. I could of washed it better myself at the house. I'd love to give them a Zero star if could. Horrible car wash. Owner and staff are highly unprofessional and don't care about their customers. Huge attitudes and total disrespect. They actually started to yell at me I showed up. I later called to complain about my experience and the owner told me to F myself and hung up on me. This is one of the worst car washes I ever been through. Every time I go through the wash one or 2 items I pay for don't work. Especially the tire shine and the wax. Please watch what you pay for and see if everything comes on. You'll be surprised, you don't get what you pay for. I know the new owners are trying but after telling them a handful of time's this or that isn't working all the guy's say is they don't own it and they can't fix it. The staff working this car wash is great. They are always courteous, helpful, and prompt, even during hectic times. I am always sincerely thanked when I tip. I enjoy giving the staff a tip, as I see them working very hard to provide good customer service. The car wash itself is pretty good - it might leave some spots on the rear tailgate, but plenty good enough, as I'm generally not headed to a car show. But my 5 star rating is primarily due to the staff. read more

If I could leave a 0, I would. I got the works and expected it to be somewhat decent. I wasn't expecting a miracle but expected it to be clean. they didn't do anything, he barely washed off the car and this is what my rims looked like after gettting the most expensive option. So awful. Do not go here. Save your money and just do it yourself. read more

2/1/23 @5:10pm Paid "Super Wash" for $7, noted excessive dirt around the edge of the windshield. and went back, asking that the windshield be recleaned; and the young man told me that it was just water spots. At .75, the coin-op vacuum is a deal. 5 minutes/ quarter, plenty of suction. Paid $6.50 for a superwash, which included an underside wash. The car was clean when I got out, though there were a few smudges along the bottom. They gave me a dash cloth for the road. It's convenient when I'm in the neighborhood, but wouldn't drive a mile out of the way for it. read more

Very disrespectful employees, they will talk trash about you as if you can't hear them cause your windows are up.

It's pretty much what you're expecting when you are the place. The facilities and washing equipment are well maintained, the multiple self-service docks are easy to access, even on busy weekends. Prices are reasonable ($1 for about 3 1/2 minutes), and I'm glad they installed credit card machines so I wouldn't have to deal with quarters. It took me $4 to wash, foam, and rinse my car. Not too shabby, also nothing really spectacular. read more

I give it one star because the do-it-yourself facilities are pretty good. Do not run your car through the carwash or else they will scratch it. I have had a black car and after three years of going to that car wash it look like I got in an accident. After getting a new black car I took it there the first time and I got a scratch right off the bat. I advise anybody with a junker to go through it but if you like your car go somewhere else or wash it yourself those kids don't care about your paint. read more

They definitely don't care about service. I asked if they could wash out my muddy door jams, which they used to do all the time, and the guy said, "No, if we did that, then everybody would want us to do it". Also, they push in the rear view mirrors on both sides, but because they don't dry the car, you have to drive away without being able to use your mirror, if you forget to push it out yourself. It's not a great wash. They don't seem to care at all. I guess that's what happens when they're the only car wash in town. Too bad! read more

Hard water at the spray wash will leave your car with hard water spots all over the glass.

Such a poor experience here. Wish I could get back these 15 minutes of my life. If your car is filthy and you just want to moisten the dirt and swirl it around your car then come here. Also, if you prefer to be treated like a total inconvenience by businesses you are giving your money to then this is the place for you. If you do not like those things then move on. read more

This used to be my favorite place for washing the car. I would drive from Novi because they were so good. My visit last Sunday was the worst car wash I have had in ages. The car was not dried at the end of the line and by the time I got home I had to use a detailer to get the water spots and some other white crap off the car. I was used to a clean car from them. Poor quality. Doesn't clean vehicle even with $3 tip. Auto wash does not clean or dry vehicle. Poor service. Waste of time and money.

Leave a tip and they do a great job! The line is hardly every long and the staff is courteous as well.

This place is a joke and will give you the run around. They are all losers! They all somke dope and do drugs inside of the car wash i can always smell it and see it in their eyes. They were probably buying drugs when you pulled up and didnt see anyone. These people are all strung out. Customer service is a -100 out of 10 if thats possible. All they care about is getting their drug money. The number they have up on the wall is to the other car wash they have and those people are just as bad and will give you the run around. The owner doesnt care about the customers at all just his money. I've experienced this myself went through the carwash with my truck when the wash was done i came out with a big scratch down the side of it went back around to talk to the workers and they said it wasnt from them because if it was all of the vehicles would be coming out like that. They gave me the run around wouldnt let me talk to the owner called the other number and the same thing. Its a brand new truck with 1200 miles i take great care of it and i would know if i had a scratch on it. read more
