They told us the upstairs was finished, but when my husband checked, they had left numerous items behind. My husband ended up loading at least half of our 5x8 trailer and 26-ft box truck himself. One mover repeatedly took breaks and barely helped. All 3 stopped at different times to FaceTime their girlfriends for around 30 minutes each--time we were charged for. One also left 30 minutes early, which we were charged for. I've called twice asking for a manager and was promised a callback but have received nothing.
