I originally was looking for a right angle but decided to get this temporarily because it's 10 feet rather than the 10. I think the older guy was the owner. He told me just to take this free of charge. I know the cable would have only been $5.99 reduced from $11.99 The fact he was really kind giving me it for free shows the world that there are really nice people left in this world. I originally picked his store randomly from the internet because I saw guitar pedals and things. So I figured that it looked more a guitar players choice of store than the others. It's a small store, but it has what you need, especially in his glass display at the checkout. When I walked in, I think he was doing guitar tech stuff at the back of the store. So I take it, they service guitars too. Obviously, if you start your child on the guitar as a beginner. It might be best to ask what he does in the store on guitars. Maybe guitar setups, I'm not sure, or string changes. I'll definitely be visiting here again, as I'd rather help individually owned businesses that greedy corporations. Oh. I forgot to ask. I checked…read morein Google and found 3 locations, one I remember but I stopped going there because they were mainly teaching lessons and a few music accessories. Then another location but it was mostly music dvds and cds but it didn't give enough information on what they exactly do. But I came across Rangel and it looked like it would have what I need plus more. I got to the store and wow, it was set up pretty nice, I got to play a couple of classical guitars and then found they carried the guitar strings I needed, nice! Sales associates were very good, so glad I was able to find this place, I'll be coming back, in fact all musicians need to find this gem.

Michael is a very wonderful music teacher. He is patient and so incredibly encouraging to this…read morestudent. As an older person I felt hesitant about taking on a new endeavor. However my love for music moved me to search for the right individual to help me achieve my dream. Michael's musical abilities coupled with his career experience has inspired me to commit to learning to read and learn more about music. Recently I heard Michael's band play at a local venue. I can say he's not only a great instructor but an amazing musician, singer and member of a very fun listening band. Great to dance to as well. I highly recommend him as an instructor and musician.
