Although this happened years ago, it remains one of the most frustrating professional experiences…read moreI've ever had. We initially met with this attorney for a consultation after my husband's accident. During that consultation, before we had made a decision about whether we wanted to hire him, he contacted the insurance company on our behalf. The conversation felt unnecessarily aggressive, and we were uncomfortable that such a significant step was taken before we had decided to retain him. At that point, we felt pressured into continuing because it seemed the situation had already been set in motion without our approval. Communication throughout the case was extremely poor. It was often difficult to get updates, questions went unanswered, and we frequently felt like we were being avoided rather than informed. This added a great deal of stress during an already difficult time for our family. What made the experience even more disappointing was that our family knew him personally and expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and trust. Instead, we were left feeling unheard and unsupported throughout the process. Looking back, I do not feel the value of the representation justified the fees we paid, and I would not choose to work with this attorney again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tom Costello .

I am so glad I did. Her and her assistant Nina took the time to actually look at my case and dove in head first. The followed through on everything they said. I ended up pleading out but they made sure it was on my terms. Couldn't be happier with the way I was represented. Highly recommend sarah and Nina.

I highly recommend Charlie if you have an accident.

This is a scam company. They took thousands of dollars from me, over a 2 month span, and had told…read moreme they would get my Google Ads account up and running. They stated it would be set up in about a week, then would take about another month for fine tuning. Two months in, it wasn't up and running, they had no idea what the problem was, nor knew when it would be running ads. I cancelled, as they didnt live up to their end of the contract, and I felt they didnt really know what they were doing. They hit me with a cancelation fee, despite not living up to their end of the deal. When I made a post on IG, warning others about their shady business practices, they promptly blocked me. They only care about getting you into a contract, and charging you for expert services, despite putting up amateur effort. Stay FAR away from this company, it was a terrible mistake on my part!
