Had services in 2012, December 17,2015 I got handed a bill for it. Not one notice came in the mail or one phone call. I've never been to a doctors office where it takes a week or more to get a script that the doctor orders and only after countless call to beg for it. You should get the script right then and there. Not a generic description what the doctor wants and you are expected to just tell the specialist a generic description. No specialist will schedule an appointment like that. FMLA forms and disability forms are the same way. He needs to replace the staff except for Lori and the PA. They are the only two who have there head screwed on straight. Dr. Amrien is a good Doctor tho. I do like him. Lori is a hottie to.

I was shocked at his behavior when I didn't immediately agree with his suggestion that said parent should be under "DNR" status (which, at the time of his suggestion, I barely knew what this term meant and wanted to investigate it first). Totally unprofessional, can not recommend.
