Masael's response was prompt, communication was excellent, and his crew arrived on time as promised. Masael is knowledgeable, answered questions clearly, and made sure the job was completed thoroughly and correctly. The cleanup by Emmanuel and Melchor was just as impressive as the work itself--everything was left neat and tidy. On top of all that, their pricing was very affordable for the quality of service provided. It's refreshing to work with a company that is reliable, professional, communicative, and takes pride in doing a great job. I couldn't be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Mendez Tree Service to anyone looking for quality tree work at a fair price!

I needed my tree trimmed away from the house before the roofers are scheduled to replace the roof and they fit me into their schedule. They also left my yard immaculate. Fantastic job! I had them remove a small bush in the back yard as well and it was completed in a matter of minutes leaving the ground as if it was never there. Nicholas kept the work moving efficiently, and Mario kept me well informed on details as work progressed. The crew were hard working and easy to talk to. When I asked them to increase the scope of work while they were on site, they adjusted and handled it with no problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using D-Pro.

I queried Tree Service on my smart phone for Fresno California and came up with several hits. One of those being John's Tree Service. After reading the reviews on yelp of several companies, including the reviews for John's I decided to make phone calls to at least 3-4 businesses to set appointments for estimates. The last person I would call was John's tree service. The reviews were not the best but he was the 1st person to call me back. What I liked was that he was available the same day to come to my home and give me an estimate. Things got better from here on out because he was finishing a job at the Airport today and if we could agree on a price and what needed to be done he could do my job tomorrow. We came to a meeting of the minds and he said he could be at my home at 8 a.m. Great I thought!! My experience could not have been better. They showed up on time. His workers knew their jobs and worked efficiently. They were very professional in their work ethics. My entire career was working with customers and meeting the customer's need, therefore, I am uniquely qualified to write this positive review. In spite of previous reviews, John' s Tree Services deserve 5 stars. I did not find him rude, disrespectful or condescending. His prices were very fair. I knew once he gave me his quote, there was no need to look anywhere else. I found him to be a delightful as well as a professional person. I called immediately and cancelled all other potential estimates because I knew his price could not be beat. Thank you Mr. John and your crew. I will use you again as well as refer you to family and friends in need of an Arborist.
