EXCELLENT service. I have used D-Pro over the years and once again, they came through as expected, on time and with a fair price. I had D-Pro remove a large (large thorny) mesquite tree, trim a large (also large thorny) mesquite tree, and remove other trees. They did a great job on trimming that second tree. Dalia was EXTREMELY QUICK in responding to my request for a quote (i.e., she called within 5 minutes of my sending her a text of my initial needs), as well in respond to other questions (again, extremely quick). Nicholas kept the work moving efficiently, and Mario kept me well informed on details as work progressed. The crew were hard working and easy to talk to. When I asked them to increase the scope of work while they were on site, they adjusted and handled it with no problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using D-Pro. read more

From start to finish very professional. Great job and would highly recommend. They went above and beyond with their services

In today's society, excellent "customer service" seems to be a dying ethic, but D Pro is the exception! I must admit, I was very particular about how I wanted the job done, and all members of their staff took great care to make sure they did the job to my specifications. From scheduling the quote to cleaning up when they were done, the team was attentive, punctual and conscientious. Don't waste your time and money using other tree services in Fresno. read more

The most honest and hard working crew. They took down a very large tree and ground the stump. It was a Very fair price. I will definitely recommend read more

There are not enough accolades to share how great D Pro Tree service performs. They are professional, courteous, punctual and take time to explain how the job will be done. I needed my tree trimmed away from the house before the roofers are scheduled to replace the roof and they fit me into their schedule. I am extremely impressed with this service and will be using them again when it's time to keep this ol' oak pruned. I know it looks naked now, but it is what I requested as I wanted it cut way back. They also left my yard immaculate. Fantastic job! I had them remove a small bush in the back yard as well and it was completed in a matter of minutes leaving the ground as if it was never there. Very impressive. read more

Back again 4.5 years later, after my insurer declined to underwrite my home because the trees touched the roof. I called the professionals at D Pro and they were here the next day. They knew exactly what to do to get my trees compliant again, and my home is again insured. Thank you D Pro! read more

Highly recommend. I needed a tall redwood tree removed as it was too close to my house. D Pro Tree service were responsive and got straight to business. Dalia was on top of communication with me, and the staff were efficient with taking down my redwood tree. I also needed 2 small cherry tree stumps to be removed, I asked them last minute to remove the small stumps, and they took care of it free of charge, which was super nice of them. Competitive pricing and reliable service/communication is what sold me. My biggest scare is a freak accident which a tree log gets cut and dropped on my house (since the tree is so close to my house), but Dalia shared a copy of the company's insurance and gave me relief. Fast and efficient service, highly recommend. read more

5 stars plus! Dalia and her husband Nicholas were easy going and true professionals, along with their crew. 5 trees were pruned and one huge oak tree needed to be cut back. The process of scheduling an appointment to the final cleanup-haul away was seamless. I couldn't be happier with their competitively priced service combined with perfection. I don't think I found one leaf on the ground after they left. Will use them again when the need arises. Couldn't be more satisfied! read more

Rick and his crew came and trimmed 10 large trees in my backyard. They did all the prep work of moving garden lights and decorations to a safe place while they worked on the trees. Rick is a gem. So is Dalia in the office. I could nor ask for a better company to work with. They also had to cut down two trees that were pushing up the patio flagstone so they had their work cut out for them. It was a big project and they finished in two days for a great price. This is my go to tree service from now on. I can recommend them without hesitation. read more

D pro was by far the best and most helpful of all the tree services contained which included about nine businesses. The fact that they returned my calls and initiated contact to confirm my needs was a big plus. The actual service of cutting, removing and grinding the stumps of nine very large Oleanders was completed in a day which included clean up. I highly recommend them not only for their work but also for their customer service. Through this process I experienced several services that did not carry through with what they stated. read more

On Tues 12/13/2023, they came to my home and provided a quote for removing a tree from my backyard. The quote was very reasonable, which also included trimming 2 palm trees as well. The following day, they were able to complete the work (i.e. removal of 1 pine tree, and trimming 2 palm trees). The work was excellent, and the workers were very professional. What an amazing company! Thank you so much D Pro Tree service :) we called them up and asked for a quote we were able to send them pictures of our trees and got an estimate within 30 minutes. The next week They came out with a full team, truck and chipper. I was at work but they assured me they would take good care of the tree. When I came home I saw how much work they did. They topped it trimmed it and brought it in. It was so top heavy before and branches were falling in the street and now the tree looks so much cleaner and neater. They really did an amazing I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of tree service. read more

The PRICE to cut down half of the very tall cypress tree next to our driveway came in MUCH LOWER than 7 other tree service companies that came by to see the tree and gave free estimate. D PRo Tree Service is very reliable and honest and they do great work. Family owned by Dalia and her husband ( who was on the job) and cut off all the branches that were sticking out as well as shaping for no extra cost. I HIGHLY recommend D Pro Tree to cut down, remove or do any type of tree service. Work done on 3-13-23. Barb D. read more

I called Monday before noon, had someone come out to give an estimate with a couple of hours. The gentleman (Eduardo) was so professional and very pleasant; he gave me a fair quote and scheduled the work for the next day. They were on time, and had my tree removed very quickly with the utmost care to not damage my concrete or yard decorations. Then they quite thoroughly cleaned up everything and didn't leave until after making sure I was 100% satisfied. This is an A+ establishment & I highly recommend them. read more

D Pro is a totally reliable company with skilled and courteous workers who worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly. Nicolas and his crew of two men know what they are doing and will take the time to clearly explain what will be done. When they removed four gigantic trees with extensive root systems as well as eight huge stumps, they also left the adjacent irrigation system in perfect order. Their prices are very fair and worth every single penny. In the end, it was as if the trees and stumps were never there. The earth was carefully leveled and raked over. They are also fully insured. Wow! Finding this company was my lucky day and I will definitely call them again for any future tree work. The owner, Dalia, is a strong communicator who instantly answers the phone. Her understanding of tree removal and pruning is phenomenal. She is also the epitome of professionalism in writing up proposals and invoices. read more

Professional pros! Nicholas and his crew arrived on time, (actually a day early, which fit into our schedule), completed the large tree trimming and removal job as we discussed and left the yards (front and back) immaculate. His quote was very reasonable. We have used other companies in the past, which didn't compare to the excellent quality of this company's work. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them when the trees need trimming again. read more

I had hired another tree company to trim and shape a twenty year old oak tree. Unfortunately, that company no showed twice so I decided to get quotes from other companies. I ended up choosing D Pro Tree Service. Dalia and her husband Nicolas are very professional. Dalia kept me in touch with me during the process. When Nicolas came to look at the tree, he listened to what I envisioned and gave me a written quote same day. After reviewing all bids I hired them . Nicolas and his crew came the next day. The job was done within 2 hours. They left everything clean! I am so happy with the results. I forgot to take a before picture but was told that this tree was never trimmed, prunned or given any shape. The after picture doesn't do justice in just how much better the tree looks! Finally, based on my experience I would recommend this company. Owners are professional, efficient, priced fairly and have great customer service! read more
