I contacted the agency and got in touch with Jason DiJosie and he was extremely helpful. He referred me to Roxanne for additional questions and concerns. This was on January 20, 2025. Roxanne contacted me immediately. She ran some quotes for me and was very expeditious in her response. She and Jason gave me very helpful information. I had more questions yesterday. Jason told me she would get back to you today. I could not believe how expeditious she was and I owe her so much allegiance for her help. I recommend DiJosie Agency to anyone if they have concerns. Very respectfully, Robert Baldino

My mother worked with Vince back in October to have her taxes filed for 2023. She received confirmation from March-April that her taxes were on track. On 4/13, the Saturday night before taxes are due, she receives a call from a junior associate asking repetitive questions that were already been answered for Vince by my mom and her lawyer. She then hears nothing until 11:45pm on 4/15 when Joseph Samar calls to tell her that Vince's business would not be handling her taxes and hung up. After calling back multiple times, the laughing secretary answers "Gino's Pizza". She still hasn't received her tax documents as it appears the entire firm is now on vacation. Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect from Vince and his associates. Please be warned, would hate for someone else to go through this experience

After having State Farm insurance for more than 30 years, I had a major claim (all ceilings collapsed, all flooring destroyed, etc etc) for which the other party took full responsibility. I immediately called Troy's office and was told not to file a claim with them (MY insurance company!) but with the other company. This resulted in 2 weeks of limbo (not being able to live in my home) until I finally demanded that Troy's office take my claim. Troy wouldn't even take my call until I threatened to call the NJ consumer affairs. Even after talking to him, pleading with him to help me since I couldn't even live in my home he did absolutely nothing. Refused to come out and see the damage, refused to do anything except tell me he was offended that I was "disappointed" in his complete lack of concern! I tried contacting him again to get him to explain the process and he just sent an email saying he passed my concerns along to my claims rep. HE DID NOTHING! Everyone else at State Farm on the corporate level has been great, the claims rep, the adjuster, the company that handles finding a place for me to live, etc. so I will keep State Farm but Troy McAuliffe is completely useless when you need help the most. PLEASE find a different State Farm agent because if you ever have a claim Troy will be of no help, none.
