We purchased two tickets for a little over $80 with fees. We arrived at opening at checked in, showed our ID's and were given wrist bands. The woman at the table started to hand us small plastic cup. We said we were supposed to receive actual glasses. The other lady said there wasn't anything 'special' on our tickets to receive the small tasting glass. Not sure why there would be when you read what they posted. Another lady scanned our tickets - again. According to all of the Eckley posts (photo attached) you were to receive a tasting glass as long as you purchased tickets ahead of time, which we did. Finally after back and forth between 4 different women we were given the small glass. It was a hastle and didn't need to be. The two older women didn't want to give them to us, but eventually did with hesitation. That was definitely not a good start to the event. We feel that everyone going should receive the small glass, especially when paying over $40 per ticket. There were probably a dozen breweries/wineries. Two food trucks and one table selling cookies. We were familiar with most of the breweries and were surprised there weren't more involved. We have a lot of great local-ish breweries. I understand it's their first time having this event. We would attend again if there's not the hastle with the glass and if there are more vendors there.

HARD PASS on the Keyser Ave location! They never notified me when my title arrived from NCDOT for a…read morestate transfer. I had to track it myself and discovered it had been delivered ten days earlier. When I went to the office, chaos ensued. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and they took their sweet time figuring it out. After over an hour of waiting, just as I was about to pay and leave with my plate, they sprung a surprise on me--I needed a bill of sale or else I'd have to pay sales tax on the bike again. Cue me scrambling to get in touch with the dealer, waiting even longer, and wasting my entire afternoon. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Competitors handled my truck title in just 15 minutes, no fuss. Meanwhile, here at NE Title and Tag, I was stuck for almost two hours. Fast forward three months: They had the nerve to call and say I "forgot" to pay a fee--which, surprise, they forgot to charge me for--resulting in my registration being rejected by the state. After a heated back-and-forth with multiple people, they *finally* agreed to cover the fee and process what they had promised from the start. Now, I'm still anxiously waiting for my registration to show up. It's honestly scary that a place this disorganized is licensed to handle such important paperwork.

They open at 8:30-4pm. I got there at 8:50 & was out of there at 9:25!!!! The place has enough parking and easy to find. I went there to get a new license, and there was No line!!! Like wow. The info lady gave me a paper and sent me right over to a counter immediately!! I had printed a form out online to save some time but even if I didn't it wouldn't have taken long to fill out. The workers were super friendly to me and very nice to each other. Given I am an African American I was worried about my picture looking like a sharpie dot. But even without asking the lady taking my picture(Cathy) had me come a little closer to the camera and made sure I liked my picture before registering it. I'd def recommend this DMV to anyone new to the area and looking for a place to go. Its cost $37 dollars to get a néw license as someone moving into the state, but I opted to get the real ID added on so it cost $67($30 extra). Real ID isn't mandatory in PA rn cuz they extended the deadline till 2025 but it will be required then so you might as well get it done now. They even gave me a paper with all the tag and registration places close by so I can get that done too. They don't do that at this location. The lady referred me to Leonard's by the Wegmans in Wilkesbarre. Hope this helps
