Service was out of this world. The host was on standby 24/7 and always answered my questions promptly. The house is a dream and all our tourist plans went out the window. We had a staycation with the best views, and slept to the sound of the oceans and sat under the covered patio outside often to listen to all the beautiful sounds of nature while bbqing. Luxe has requested on multiple occasions to give them a yelp review, which I have refrained from doing because I don't want to leave a bad review for the whole company based on the actions of one bad property manager. My husband and I rented an apartment from them in Boise, Idaho for 2 months. There were some different things to work out due to the fact that it was a long term rental, but the property manager kept asking for money outside of the Airbnb app, which I know is not allowed on Airbnb. There was also a definite communication issue between whoever was talking to us on Airbnb and the property manager as they were giving us different information. We got theough it, but I did contact Airbnb to work out the kinks. The apartment was great, we left it in pristine condition, my husband even fixing a few things while we there for them. The property manager then left us a bad review on Airbnb stating that we were difficult to work with and asked too many questions during the check in process. Luxe then proceeded to text me 5 different times telling me how glad they were that I was a guest, and hoping we would come and stay with them again. Again, not consistent communication. Today I was rejected for an Airbnb based on that ONE crappy review that Luxe left me. I am livid. So here is the review you so desperately wanted. I thought I had written a review already... hmmm. RUN! DON'T rent from this company. I tented a place in Boise a couple of years ago and I had nothing but problems. The hospitality manager was nice but not much help (much of that stems from Jason Goold who treated her like she didn't know what she was doing). The property in Boise was supposed to have reliable high speed internet which it did not. The router was located in one apartment with extenders in the other units. The signal cut out all the time even after we were moved to a different unit. I have video of all of it, still. I recorded the dates and times along with the speeds we were getting and also showing that the network would disappear from the list. My wife had to work from there and many times was not able to log in, almost got in trouble at work. I laughed at the contract clause that said that any reviews under 5 stars needed to be APPROVED bu them. Lol. The Supreme Court decided different. Don't rent from these guys. Rented for a month, Had to sign a lease when this was reserved via AIRBNB, ad stated lock box which they would not give me the code until I met a random woman, had to sign another lease and show ID, switched my unit after I paid in full and told me upon arrival they rented the unit I reserved to another party via different rental site. Can hear the people in the next unit snoring as the walls have no sound insulation. Kitchen sink leaking into a budget ( Gross ) 100% Was baited and switched on arrival. Motor cycle repair shop next door ran out of the house, loud and motorcycles all night long, WASHER LOUD AS A FREIGHT TRAIN, washer machine is from 1999..... If you are planning to visit Camano Island, you will not be disappointed with this property. This is a very clean, spacious, and very nicely furnished property. There are 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds, as well as extra sleeping areas & mattresses. The kitchen is huge and nicely stocked. The master bathroom has a deep, 2 person jacuzzi tub, huge walk in shower with double shower heads.....and a fireplace! However the best thing about this property, is the view! The back of the open areas of the house (living room / dining room) is all glass doors overlooking the sound with the mountains in the distance. We didn't see any whales on our trip, but heard of others who did. We did have an eagle fly across the back of the property a few times on our last day which was pretty cool. The hosts are very quick to respond, provided clear information prior to check in, and went above and beyond when it came to house supplies (linens, hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, coffee / tea, etc). The rate is excellent considering everything that is included....and for the view. I would absolutely recommend this location and the hosts for your next trip. read more

We encountered nothing but problems from our rental with Jason Goold's company, Luxsle Corp. This review is about a house we rented from Jason Goold / Luxsle Corp through VRBO. First, the house was for sale. Not a big deal, I understand wanting to make some money while it's on the market. However, at no time prior to our arrive did Jason Goold or anyone at Luxsle Corp tell us that the house was for sale. Our first day, a guy walked in unannounced while my daughter in law was home alone. He used the security code to the front door, presumably provided to him by Jason Goold/Luxsle Corp without knocking. He walked through the house and into the back bedroom where my daughter in law was working. This scared the crap out of her. When I informed the property management company, he told us that there would be showings between 11AM and 4PM & that the rental agreement gave them right of entry. IT DID NOT. I have a copy of the agreement and that information isn't in there. I told Jason Goold / Luxsle Corp that we did not give them permission to enter and did not want them showing the house while we were there. I was told that they would continue scheduling showings but that they would text us at least 4 hours before. Two days later, another agent showed up without notice. There are several problems with this. First, we were at the tail end of the pandemic. I do not want people I don't know coming into the house where I am staying. Second, all of our belongings were in the house. The rental agreement said Jason Goold / Luxsle Corp was not liable for any lost or stolen belongings. Given their business practices, I have no doubt that they would have done nothing if something had been stolen during one of these showings. As for the listing, the house was listed as wheelchair assessable. It was not. This was an issue for us as my father is in a wheelchair. They also guaranteed 2 parking spots. There was only one. None of the TVs worked, and the fully furnished kitchen was sparsely furnished. It's clear that the house was staged for real estate showings and not actually furnished in the way most VRBO/Airbnb places are furnished. Oh, and no toilet paper. Despite promises to send the cleaning company with toilet paper, we had to go buy some ourselves. It was two days before they finally sent the code to the linen closet so we could access toilet paper. But wait, there's more... Our second day a construction crew showed up to work on the house. Again, no notice or mention from the management company. They were there for two days. They started before 8AM and kept going until after 6PM. They were removing, replacing, and repairing the siding. Most of the work was done with a crane and an impact driver. If you've never used an impact driver think hand held jack hammer. It was constant noise, plus they blocked the parking area for two days and left their machine parked in our space overnight. They also spit sunflower seeds all over the property. It was disgusting. According to Jason Goold / Luxsle Corp, we are forbidden from leaving anything less than a 4 star review. I talked with VRBO and they told me that Jason had been warned to take that out of his rental agreement because it goes against their policy. They assured me that I was free to leave whatever review I want as long as the facts were true. So, I left a 1 star review on VRBO. Shortly after, Jason Goold / Luxsle Corp contacted me and told me I was defaming their reputation and needed to take it down. I refused, and I will continue to refuse. Luxsle Corp (aka Luxury Sleep Accommodations) is an apartment / vacation rental company. To get right to it, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. They WILL bait & switch, omit, forge documents, & keep your deposits. I know this is a lengthy review, but read through to the end. The CEO is Jason Goold. They advertise on Airbnb (have since been removed) & other travel booking websites. I found them on airbnb but booked directly from the website. Their booking page does say "No refunds after booking". When I booked & agreed to that, the TOTAL amount including "all taxes and fees" was $1,433. No mention of any fees (ANYWHERE on their website). There was also no way to add a pet when booking. I receive a text from a hospitality agent named Anaqueli. She had me sign the rental agreement as well as send my ID & debit card info. During this conversation, she also asked if I had pets. I said yes, one cat & asked if there were any pet fees (explicitly). She responded with "No, no worries. Thank you." (Yes, I still have all the texts). She emails me the agreement & instructs me to click the link at the top which will bring me directly down to where I sign. On the rental agreement, the area where it lists "total amount to be charged" was left blank. It seemed fairly standard so I sign. I receive an email with a receipt notification confirming a charge to my account for $1,433.00. She told me I was good to go & a hospitality host would be meeting me at the location on the arrival date & time. FIVE hours later, around 10 pm that night, I receive a text from Anaqueli telling me there is a daily pet fee of $45 AND a daily charge of $125 for "under age" renters. I am 24 years old. My fiancé & I were staying for a total of 9 nights. So this ADDITIONAL amount would have come out to $1,700, totaling $3,133 + $500 deposit. I explained that we do not have the funds & even if we did, those fees were not mentioned until now & I was not willing to pay that. I asked if we could switch the booking into my fiancé's name, as he is over the age of 25. I also stated that I don't mind paying the pet fees, even though she had not been forthcoming about it & actually said "no worries" when I asked about pets BEFORE signing the rental agreement. Then I notice an email with another charge of $500. I text her about it & she says it's the damage deposit (was briefly mentioned in the rental agreement but an amount was not, nor was it agreed upon or written on the agreement. I was also not notified before this charge was made). At this point, I told her I'd be fine with all charges & deposit but again asked to switch the booking into my fiancé's name to avoid the astronomical under age fees. She claimed she was unable to do this. I told her that the rental agreement did not state anywhere that they can't switch the booking name & I wanted it in his name. She ignores this two more times & tells me I had to pay the fees per the rental agreement. I tell her we're not willing, she says "You agreed to it in the rental contract. If you weren't comfortable why did you sign it?". Now technically I signed the agreement through my own volition, but this was a bait & switch type situation. Ultimately it came down to either paying the additional $1700 in fees that they were not upfront about or lose my $1433 they had already charged for the rental. I asked her to please cancel my booking & refund me the money. Mind you, this was 6 hours after booking. She says "Since you insist, I cancelled the booking per the rental policy you signed". The agreement also in small black words has some jargon about 60 & 30 day refunds. Since I booked two days before our stay, I did not qualify for a refund per the agreement. I texted her again & asked if she refunded the $500 damage deposit. She never responded. I have yet to be refunded the $500 & they kept the $1,433. We immediately cancelled our debit card & disputed the charges with our bank (even though Luxsle threatens to charge more fees - SO CANCEL YOUR CARD IF YOU ARE IN THIS SITUATION). We did not win the dispute, as our bank said Luxsle provided a contract stating they could keep our deposit. We never signed this, & believe Luxsle forged this "contract". In total, this company stole $1,933 from us. Upon reading other reviews on Google & BBB, it's clear that although they do have shaky legal ground due to the extensive rental agreement & small black words inserted in between paragraphs, they have no moral ground. They are running a well oiled machine where they take advantage of people & are blatantly misleading. I'm not the first & I definitely won't be the last. Update 10/11/22: Updating my review to add that this company has reached out to me now multiple times threatening to sue me for defamation because of my negative review - which is solely based on a bad experience that I had with this company. Also, beware your credit card company's protection of your right to change your mind about doing business with a company because I ultimately lost the dispute and am out of the $3000 booking because of the no cancellation policy, despite my strong opinion that this company could have done more to ensure that I, their customer, was thoroughly informed about the stipulations that come with renting from them. I won't do business again with this company! I found this rental on Airbnb for my friends and I to stay in when they come to town for a visit. It's managed by a company so I just googled them and found that booking directly through them was quite a bit cheaper. The estimate calculator didn't change the price for pets so I made the (wrong) assumption that they were included in the charge. Upon check out there is a privacy policy and terms and conditions box you have to check, like anything other website when you're buying something, so I checked those boxes for this rental. After paying for the week of rent, I received this digital paperwork from them that I'm supposed to fill out that says there is a pet fee of $45 per day per pet. Of course I contacted the company and expressed my confusion at not seeing this anywhere in the listing, along with quite a few other things that strike me as a fairly inhospitable for a short term rental. For instance, they claim to be able to charge you $100 a day if you leave a negative review about them, until you take it down - and this is right from their terms and conditions, they claim to be able to charge you to pay someone on their team to validate disputes against them: "Any renter wrongfully disputing a credit card charge will be charged an additional $1,500 recovery fee, as liquidated damages to Manager for managers effort required to prove the valid charge for damages, losses, or rent." After I reached out to them with my concern about the pet fee, they responded that this information was within the terms and conditions that I checked. I do not feel as though the pet fee disclosure was mentioned as clearly as it should have been when I was booking through the mobile site - again especially since the price calculator could have simply factored it in when I stated I was bringing pets, which was an option that I checked. Takes me right back where I started as far as the price goes. It's going to cost over $800 more. For the record I have since gone back to their listing on Airbnb and these terms and conditions are clearly within the body of the listing. There is absolutely no excuse for them not to make this information more accessible on their own website. (Again, booking through mobile) I received a message from them stating that they want me to fill out some paperwork now so they can do a credit report and a background check. Seriously?! I have never been asked for so much information for a short term rental. I went back over the terms and conditions again to see if this is also something they stated they would ask for and from what I can see they alluded to possibly needing a background check but I don't see anything about a credit report being necessary. At this rate, I feel like they could've really hidden any kind of fees in their terms and conditions. What's to stop them from having a laundry list of extra fees? They finally responded to my request to cancel via text message and after saying they will cancel, and got me to send pic of my ID, I asked when the charge will be reversed and they said IT WONT. So, they've got the freedom to rent out this unit again and they're just going to keep my THREE THOUSAND dollars. Yeah, no. This company is going to hear from my credit card company and I'm also filing a complaint with BBB. Quality and Value were above my expectations. It was one of the cleanest and spacious homes we have stayed in with our family. The setting is gorgeous, although it was very stormy during our stay, it was still beautiful. The furniture, the mattresses and pillows were all top notch. We are a big group so we took extra paper plates and cups which I highly recommend so you don't need to be constantly washing dishes. We definitely hope to stay there again! read more

Refused to refund me for my second night when we explained the moldy coffee pot to host and our dissapointment. Recently stayed at an AirBnB managed by this company. After years of using AirBnB with all great reviews, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. After trying to extend our stay Lux tried to make us sign contract which our leagal team said was one of the most shady contracts they have ever seen. After a quick google search on Lux it was obvious that they are known scammers. The house had mouse feces on the floors and couch, the stove was missing the knobs, the shower valves were reversed which resulted in someone getting burned, there was sharp rusty bolts sticking out of the porch which also resulted in someone injuring their foot. After us refusing to sign their shady contract (which we have never had to do through AirBnB, also not an AirBnB contract) they threatened to throw our stuff out on the lawn. After removing our remaining items they continously keep threatening us with random pictures of the house which they accused us of damaging. We rented a three bedroom that had two bedrooms with a loft. We could have worked with that except the loft was advertised with a queen bed and instead it was a sofa bed. Also, you had to go through the loft to get to the other bedroom so there was no privacy. Person who met us to show us the place was great. We were only given one key though and we couldn't even get in the building without a key. There were three couples and they got upset with us when we asked for a second key. Master bed was very comfortable. Living room only had seating for 4 and there was no dining room table. read more

Worst property management company available. We checked in and there was no running water. The city claimed they knew when we spoke to them. They refused to discuss this with us. Now while water is back on we have no parking because the gravel area is dug up and woke up this morning to construction loudly happening. This rental is a SCAM. Like many others leaving reviews here, I rented their listing through VRBO but they did not contact me regarding check-in or any confirmation of my stay until the MORNING of my stay. All I wanted was to cancel my booking because I wasn't even sure if I had a place to stay, but VRBO would not let me cancel because despite hosting Jason Goold's property on their website, they took no responsibility for the cancellation and would not provide me the refund. VRBO put me through to Jason the morning of my stay and let me tell you, it was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional phone calls of my life. He claimed that he would talk to his team about my refund if I confirmed my identity, but once I did he literally congratulated me on checking in and said that his work was done. He was throwing false accusations on my reason for cancellation saying that I wanted to avoid fees, laughing off my frustration, and even ordering room service in the middle of my call with him. I cancelled my reservation and had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Whatever you do, do NOT send them your ID/credit card information through their sketchy external forms. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH Luxsle Crop. They are the biggest scam artists around they stole $4500.00 from us. They are a 3rd party management company and advertise on Airbnb. I have pages of Excellent reviews with other properties that I have stayed with and use Airbnb regularly for work. I booked the property but wasn't allowed to check in the first day. They would not refund me for that day. We were checked in the evening of the second day due to our work schedule. We were there for a day and a half before they changed the door code and cancelled the reservation. There was one other coworker staying at property and I had listed him on the booking. He was there one night, and I was not because I work nights. I didn't even have the chance to stay there before they accused me of not being there. As you can see, from their reviews this company makes a habit of ripping people off. They wouldn't entertain a partial refund or anything. They then accused us of taking "essential items" from the house. We didn't even have time to unpack let alone take anything. They will not speak to you over the phone in person, everything is via email or though Airbnb. I tried to talk things out with them, but they are after one thing and that's free $$$. read more

There was no cable or internet from Thursday until we left on Monday. They lied and told us that the internet was out for the whole city. Thet get your money and that's all they care about.
