The Thursday before the party on Saturday, the company called me at 5:30pm and let me know they were unable to make their commitment for Saturday. Panicked, but unable to do anything since it was after business hours, all I could do was stress all evening because I had no idea how I was going to entertain 12 kids without a bounce house. The next morning, I received a referral to Bouncey House Rentals and they totally came through for me. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they had a dinosaur bounce house available, perfect for our dinosaur-themed birthday party! The communication from the company was nearly nonexistent... I had to call, email, and text to add items to our order (all of which went unanswered until a confirmation email was sent.) I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.
