My truck looks like garbage they missed spots on my truck only cleaned one wheel and the guy 'directing' people into the tracks can't do his job then they CALLED THE COPS for me "drunk driving" the cop apologized cause obviously no one was intoxicated yeah Needless to say I won't ever go back. Don't recommend for anyone. They say if they miss a spot you can go through again but after I was humiliated by the ordeal with the cops while the employees stood around and watched while I spoke to the nice officer I didn't feel like going back to have them get the spots they missed.

Easy, we called right up and reminded them we wanted autopay- which for some reason they did not set up when we opened our account. We went to our unit later that day, at 5, closing time. The red lock was still on our unit. We saw the manager getting in her vehicle when we pulled up so my husband dashed over to get her attention. She looked right at him and kept on driving. The charge was even in our account. Sorry if there are some bad eggs renting units but try to have some respect towards people.
