I am always a little weary when ordering flowers from out of state suppliers because you can never be sure of what you get. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with both arrangements!!! I ordered the second arrangement 3-1/2 hours before the start of the wake and Boston Fern delivered them before the start of the wake. The individual(s) at the Boston Fern that took my phone orders were very congenial and accommodating! Thank you to everyone at the Boston Fern for your wonderful service at this sad time.

I am so embarrassed. Why would they even think a refund would make this right? Just say the arrangement is out of stock instead of setting your business and your customers up for such a bad situation. Also, was the delivery person color blind? Did they not see all the other arrangements said it's a boy and blue colored balloons. If they knew it was a mistake, why did they even drop it off? Im so embarrassed.
