i hired rockledge lawns and landscaping because while all the other companies said 2 weeks out for…read moresod installation, he said next day. ( shouldve been my first red flag) the est was on par with the rest, i specified where i did not want my sod bought from, he agreed and came next day. he made a few trips with a pick up with sod on it. ( 2nd red flag) i came out to check a couple of times, there were about 3-4 workers and a woman overseeing them. when they left, the job wasnt finished because he ran out of sod ( 3d red flag) he came next day after noon to finish i noticed many areas with uneven hts of sod, missing sod, yellowed grass, and weird space lines throughout with jig saw lines throughout. now, im not from fla and i did not have any experience with how its supposed to look at installation so i took his word that it was all ok and would " fill in" a week later, after much nurturing, the grass is 60 percent dead looking. i call him to get advice. nothing. 3 wks later, the entire lawn on both sides of my house consisting of holes and bits and pieces ( maybe left overs from anther job?) are more evident and now at 80 percent dead. i call again for the 4th time. no answer no call or text back im running to loews and HD every other day for new sod patches, plugs to fill the holes, remedies, and im out there daily trying to bring back the dead. 4 wks now, still no call backs or answer. i paid them over 4000 cash. for their services and still had trees to plant! dont trust anyone and i should've taken 2 days off of work, watched them like a hawk and demanded the quality work and material that was promised and paid for, but definitely did not get this was a very expensive lesson learned and im considering legal action at this point i hope this post saves even one person from making the same mistake hiring this business, as i did. customers be very wary and do your homework

His hard working crew helped us prepare sandbags before the storm and clear huge amount of debris that the storm left. Before his crew arrived, Angel gave me an advanced estimate so that I knew exactly what the cost would be. Angel is professional and I highly recommend his service especially for Hurricane prep and cleanup.

We installed a brand new fence June 2026, 10 days prior to our neighbors who used Superior Fence,…read morewe went with another company. I was shocked to get a call from our landscaper and dog walker to be informed that an employee from Superior Fence without our permission came onto our property and began removing our fence planks to fix fencing on my neighbors side. Once I was called I told this person to leave. There is damage to the fencing this employee removed without our permission. Speaking with two managers, Jason and Kevin has yielded no resolution and he ended the conversation by hanging up on me. It's shocking but obviously a company culture to be rude as this experience was with numerous employees. I left a message for the owner and no return call. Overall the interactions with this company have been rude and not solution focused so we now will seek alternatives to having the repairs paid for since they refuse to right their mistake. A simple apology would have gone a long way to start! I would be very cautious if considering doing business with this company.

This was going to be a two-star review after the initial installation, but after a few days of…read morehaving our fence installed, we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would give it one-star at most. To start, we had a timeframe picked out weeks in advance to do a two-day fence install; however, we got a call the morning of our installation date saying our fence could no longer be installed that day and that they needed to start the next day. No reason was given other than that the previous days' project ran over. When we asked if we would be given a discount for the inconvenience, they said no and that there was nothing they could do. They could have given us a call the day before to notify us when they knew there was going to be delays. When they finally did start, the whole installation took three days instead of the two days planned. This not only impacted our yard but all three neighbors' yard where there was no longer a fence between our yards for three days. On top of that, there was only one man working the whole time because they were short staffed so it negatively impacted our experience and expectations. A few days after the installation, we noticed gaps in our fence, so we called them back to come out and fix it. They came out and instead of going into our yard to fix the gaps, they proceeded to go into our neighbors yard without asking and take down their fence since they said they saw gaps in their fence and assumed that was it. They did not even install that fence they were taking down since our neighbor also just had a fence installed by another company a few days prior. They were extremely rude to our neighbor and acted like trespassing on their yard was no big deal, not to mention taking their fence down without first verifying. All while that happened, our landscaper notified us that they also put a fence post through our irrigation pipe which causes water to leak everywhere. They have not been easy to work with, they make terrible excuses, and do not care about their customers or business once you pay your invoice.

I've been using these guys for about 5 years for my lawn maintenance. Very very happy with them…read more They've been as consistent as an atomic clock. One of the things I really love about them is they pay attention to the little things. For instance, if my kids leave a bike or toys on the lawn, the Gemini team carefully removes them, and then put them right back after they cut the grass. I love attention to things like that. :-)
