So I gave them a call today, 2.28.12 and received an update via email a few hours later and was asked to confirm the receipt of the email. So....I did: I'll be in tomorrow to pick them up. First I want to say thank you and I appreciate your firm handling my taxes as well as the profit and loss report. I do want to say, however, that the level of customer service I received I thought was extremely poor. Not only did I not receive an update on an eta that I had requested, but not one person from your firm even attempted to follow up with me when there was no return of information. Since my communications with Laura have all had quick turnarounds, I would have thought that my non-response would have been an indicator that I didn't receive the request for info. If I hadn't once again called to get a status report, I don't believe there would have been resolve anytime soon. Taxes are an already stressful situation, but this experience really did make it worse.
