Their website doesn't seem to give me the feeling I was ordering the correct kit for my DuroMax 10000EX, so I waited to call them and was very pleased with their service that way. The kit was shipped and arrived from WV to Ar within 3 business days. Very fast in my opinion. The snorkel gasket that USC sells with the kit is the shinning jewel and the main reason I went with their product line. The regulator can be found throughout the internet, but that snorkel gasket isn't an easy find and if you can find it and price all if the pasts sourced separately, USC kit came out cheaper in my experience. My generator has been modified with the kit and runs without any issues, my only advice is to install 3/4" pipe as close to the generator as possible and some sort of 3/4" gas flex hose from the pipe to the generator. Basically he was retaliating against me for telling the truth and trying to warn future customers. This was after MANY attempts to work it out with them but they refused to respond to me. After quite a bit of argument, he said that if I claimed that not issuing me a refund would cause me "a financial hardship" he would refund the restocking fees. I told him I make plenty of money and I would be just fine so to go ahead and keep my money. SERIOUSLY? WHAT IN THE HELL? This shows two things: 1. They had the ability to issue the refund. 2. He wanted me to claim I was poor so he could post it as a response to my review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Had another company come in, they actually scoped the line, took 10 minutes.. they found the collapsed line, and then came back the next day and dug it up, fixed it for $600. I do not recommend them for any plumbing services.. they don't know what they're doing.
