I'm a Lushie. I go to Lush in every country I visit. I still love the products, but be aware of one sales person who had the audacity to yell at me repeatedly when I just wanted to buy a 2€ charity pot moisturizer. I was smiling ear to ear walking in, went straight to the moisturizers and grabbed what I needed (my luggage already has most products), and went straight to the register. No one was there so my friend paged the associate. She walks to the furthest register from me and doesn't say a word. Awkwardly I say '2 euro?' She says, enraged, "You have given me no product! How can I ring you up?! Give me the product!" The associate quite literally yelled, maliciously barked at me for no reason. She also used an angry tone with my friend who was trying to use a tester. I understand people have bad days, but there was no way my friend or I could spend any money at this location. We swiftly about faced and walked out silently.
