I ordered inside this location and waited 35 minutes, while four customers who ordered after me…read morereceived their food first. When I asked about my order, the staff asked what I had ordered, which was concerning. After another five minutes, they realized my food had already been bagged and sitting in the call-in order staging area for over 30 minutes. At that point, I requested a refund. The lack of organization was frustrating, but what made it worse was the staff's attitude--I was treated as if I had done something wrong for asking. One employee was sitting in the lobby on break eating, while another was conversing with a customer. Overall, poor customer service and management with zero sense of urgency. Won't be returning.
