I had the pleasure of working with Luis in planning my classes senior nursing portraits. Due to the pandemic things were put on hold however, Luis remained in constant contact with me and guaranteed we would figure out the perfect time and place to take the photos once it was safe to do so. As the unknown continued to grow Luis remained extremely flexible as dates had to be pushed back time and time again. As soon as the stay at home orders were lifted Luis offered the perfect place to take our photos while ensuring we were all staying safe. He was also kind enough to understand our circumstances with not having a graduation and worked out a plan to take a second photo in our cap and gown, which meant so much to us as this is the only documentation we have of an actual graduation. What can I say? Luis is beyond amazing at his job. He truly is talented, from the beginning till the very end, I was very pleased with his way of communicating. Calling a day or so before to get all the details from the location to the times to even having him give me a piece of advice, amazed.... Two years ago we took pictures with a "family" friendly photographer.... The shoot felt stiff and it felt like we were just another paycheck to them.
