Big Shout out to Dr. Lammers, Dr. Hunse, Dr. Tariq, and Dr. Thomas. The nurse practitioner Alison is always great to ask questions to, call on the phone, or have a Non Stress test with. She is so friendly and honest about all of your questions. The wait is never long, the front desk staff is friendly, and I can't wait to return to this practice after birth for my regular GYN visits. I went to this office twice. Once for my annual and another for issues I have been having…read more Both times I saw an NP and both times I felt like I was dismissed and ignored. The provider kept telling me that my issues are not GYN related. I'm not a doctor, so I'm not one to argue. But when I am told that I'm back to square one and that all of my issues are more than likely gastro, it makes me feel as if a word I said was not heard. And the visit summary reflects that. Symptoms I discussed in the visit were not documented, the tenderness that I mentioned was not documented. I am following with gastro. Have been for some time now. Hence the reason for going to my GYN because more than likely these issues are NOT gastro. The quality of care is disappointing. A patient should never walk out of an office feeling as if they do not matter. Feeing as if they were ignored. This practice needs to do better with the quality of care provided to their patients.
