Firstly, he promised he would show up at my wedding- never happened. Second, all my pictures and video came out so dark. He did not bother to edit my pictures such as removing random strands of hair or adding brightness to pictures. Third- he gave me a broken album case which he hasn't even bothered to try to fix. His customer service skills are horrible along with his team. Sorry, I had all my hope in him & his "so called team" but he truly destroyed my wedding memories.
