Granted the staff and doctor are very friendly but that dont cut when you're dealing with healthcare. the first red flag should be no electronic records, i actually had to complete paper work manually. I had my visit she recommended stopping current meds urgent care prescribed and start new ones for 14 days. Returned for follow up, dr "said" things were fine. The next day more symptoms on saturday symptoms returned plus new one. And second flag there is no portal to view results yourself. Returned to urgent care, provider suspects issue wasnt resolved and it wasnt. I saw the results in portal. So now I feel worse than i did 3 weeks ago, and having to locate a new urologist to finally get these issues resolved.

As I entered, I noticed the waiting room was very bright and clean…read more I went to the window and was quickly checked in, then given some paperwork to fill out before I was called back. As I sat down, waiting to be called back, I noticed an underwater beach scene playing on the television. The water was clear and you could see fish. This is the closest to snorkeling that I will come. It was very pleasant imagery with soft ocean sounds. So soothing to the eyes and ears. The sound was broken by my name being called to go back. I went to the back and was asked my name and birthdate as well as a series of body medal related questions. I was given a room to change in as well as a key to lock the door. After I put on my gown it was off to the X-ray room where I was given earplugs and instructed to lay on my back on a table. A pillow was placed under my legs and what felt like a head brace was placed on my head to keep my head still. I was then inserted into what looked like a giant white tube. The test lasted about 45 minutes. While I was in the tube I heard a series of banging noises as well as what seemed like energy passing around me. After the test was done I changed my clothes and went back to the waiting room to pay my co-pay as well as receive my disc and receipt. The staff was really nice and informative. I recommend this location and would go back if I needed to.

I wear contacts and the prescription allows me to see distance in one eye and close up in the other eye. Needless to say, eye exams for me are a little challenging. I explained this and despite passing the second eye exam, the NP decided not to clear me for work due to my vision. So, in the middle of a global pandemic, the NP recommended I get verification from my optometrist. This was not possible as the office was closed secondary to COVID. The gentleman that prepped me for the procedure was totally supportive, addressing all of my concerns, fears, and worries. I wish I had gotten his name so I could so I could give him proper respect.
