Luis put a new screen on in 15 minutes or less. This screen is much better than the previous one I had fixed in San Francisco. I talked to the doorman security guard, and he led me up to their shop. Today, my phone stopped working and will no longer turn on. When I went to the Apple store to have it fixed, they told me to replace the back glass Fix Friends did not actually have to take the phone apart and replace the entire back of the phone. They also found that one of the parts was from a whole different model of iPhone. I now have to purchase a whole new phone.
