A bit too much cheese maybe, but good overall. Same salsa as pastor and made better by topping with pico. Pastor tacos better but much smaller. Others had enchiladas as part of the menu of the day. They were decent but a bit bland. Overall not cheap but a decent meal. Given how bad Mexican food can be in Europe this is a good bet if you are craving something different from the standard Spanish fare in Vigo.

While the food isn't exactly Tex-Mex it is pretty good and well presented. The local is clean and festive with a very good staff. Everyone was very attentive and paid attention to all of the tables. We enjoyed an enchilada plate with a guacamole starter. If you are expecting the food to be like that found in Texas it will disappoint but keep in mind that many of the traditional products are not readily available here (think yellow cheese). I did find the food to be very well prepared and tasty. I'll be returning to work my way through the rest of the menu and enjoy the selection of Mexican beers.

Sésamo is open all day and offers different cuisines, and does a surprisingly good job. Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, etc. Also they have great salads and vegetables which is rare or nonexistent in vigo. They also have amazing juices / smoothies similar to health food spots back home. If you're looking for somewhere healthy (ie not pulpo or jamón and potatoes) and OPEN when you want it to be, this is the spot :) thanks y'all
