(Mallorca, Puerto Portals, early February, late breakfast for 2). What a gem! We first found this place when we were looking for a cup of coffee. It is located in the middle of a row of small eateries ( next to French cafe) and a real estate office. Plenty of outdoor sitting but inside is very cute, so hard choice where to take a table. The coffee was good, the service prompt and very friendly, the menu looked very good, so we came back for breakfast. We tried shakshuka (it comes with two poached eggs inside and two large slices of delicious sourdough bread), and an avocado toast. The toast is a huge slice of toasted sourdough, covered with smashed avocado and goat cheese, with a little salad and a poached egg on top. For both dishes we asked to add bacon. Bacon was the only disappointing part as it was not crisp. My bad, I should have asked to make it crisp when I placed an order.
