He packed the car meticulously, even letting me put a few things in the trunk before he left. On the drive he was courteous but business-like, and he understood what he was doing. I liked the updates and the honesty on miles and cost. The next morning the automobile made it to my mechanics shop safely without any problems. I've had dealings with towing firms before when they were irritated or irresponsible but this experience was totally different.
