Mr Judy has been no help. He denied responsibility for thousands of dollars in damages caused from…read moreone of his drivers dropping my s500 off the flat bed tow truck. When the car was picked up I was told they would be responsible for the Mercedes once it was on the flat bed and until it was dropped off at residence. They dropped it off and allowed the front bumper to slam against the bed of tow truck. Also before driver decided to use skating to load and unload, I advised he must unhook the transmission cable to allow the s500 to go into neutral The driver tells me he looked on line and he could put the Mercedes in neutral from in the car. The driver proceeds to get in car start slamming gear shift and twisted the knob completely around. The push to start button is located on top of gear shift knob. He disconnected the wires for push to start when he twisted the knob, and the car remained in park. At this point the driver tells me he was wrong and he will just skat the S500 on to the flatbed tow truck. For those who do not know skating basically is the driver dragging the S500 on to the flat bed tow truck. When he attempted to drop off S500, he could not drag it off so he just kept going back and forth sliding the vehicle off flat bed eventually the front of S500 slammed into truck bed. The driver did apologize and gave me Mr Judy's phone number so I could make a claim for repairs. I USED AAA and made a complaint with them. When they commucated with Mr Judy he bold faced lied. CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION! BBB will also be notified. ​
