We came to Lululemon to see what we could get with our $75 AMEX credit. The store has a nice selection of athletic leisure wear to casual pieces for both men and women. We ended up getting a beautiful cream fanny pack with gold zipper linings. The strap is sturdy and thick, and the zippers are very secure. With taxes, it came out just a few cents under $75! I know the fanny pack will last us a lifetime, so it was absolutely worth redeeming the AMEX credit for it. Customer service was great, and the staff set us up with an account to collect points. We will definitely be coming back, especially when we get another $75 credit next quarter! read more

Ok I admit that just 4 years ago I had no idea who this company was. Fast forward to two teens, one female and one male. I'm very aware of their pricey, but super quality brand. I have shopped stores from coast to coast. The location is on main drag King Street in a historic building. Parking is free off street or nearby parking garage. The area outside has always been tidy. I have always shop with a kid, this one was my 17 year old daughter. She was immediately greeted and assisted. She found several items to try on and staff continued to assist. The styles and designs are for a younger demographic that is a slimmer weight. They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality 100% 5 star. My daughter enjoyed the different selections. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? Well I can't name another clothing retailer. On this visit my daughter walked out empty handed, that's unusual. My scorecard is a perfect 5. Of course we will continue to shop this clothing chain. read more

This was my first time buying anything from Lululemon and in definitely going to return to this location for more items in the future! When I arrived all the staff was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was out for customers to use if they'd like. They also had their fitting rooms open which was so useful since this was my first time and I was unsure if I'd like them. The young lady who helped me was so sweet and helped me find a pair of leggings that I loved. Not a big fan of the price but they're worth it for me. I'm a bigger girl and it's hard to find leggings that are flattering and aren't see through (squat proof). She explained her favorite leggings and talked about the textures, the support, etc. She also helped me find the perfect size. We choose two and I went with the WT. After spending 1.5 hours on the phone with lululemon's online customer service team trying to work through a gift card redemption bug on their website, I decided to go to my local store to try and place an online order. After 10-15 minutes with Mitch, who is an absolute champ, my gift card issues were resolved, my order was placed, AND I was able to purchase half of the items in store. I highly recommend everyone in the downtown Charleston area to not only do their in-person shopping at this lululemon location, but also place any of their online orders--it will only take a few minutes and directly supports all the team members. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about alterations. Considering the size of the store it surprisingly has a good amount of inventory. The only thing keeping this Lululemon from being 5 stars is the fact that the lines can often be extremely long. read more

I was impressed with the high level of customer service at this store - it was my first time ever shopping here. I went in to get the free shirt that I earned as part of a Strava run challenge. I ended up buying a pair of shorts too - the clothes are a little pricey, but I've heard they're really high quality, so I decided to at least try a pair since I run so much and I'm always looking for durable clothes that breathe. The girl that helped me was so friendly and really made an effort to get to know me. She saw a charm on my shoe (which most people never notice), and asked "When did you run Boston?" People I've known for years haven't ever noticed the Boston charm on my shoe. I haven't tried the clothes yet, but I am looking forward to running in some new clothes! The employees I've encountered at this location this past weekend were outstanding. They knew their product and were helpful without being intrusive in the fitting rooms, it was great. What I like the most about a good shopping experience is when the employees are people at work not workers pretending to want to get to know you to make a sale. I bought 2 items on Sunday then came back for two more on Tuesday. The marked down items are final sale and still expensive but the quality is high so I'm willing to pay these high sale prices.
