My family came here as tourists from the U.S. we had a great time. Food was amazing and on time. Service was great. When the bill came we paid a little more than 2,565 Liras. We gave them 2,600. A couple minutes later they said, "Wait you owe us 2,000 Liras." We immediately said "No we counted and we even gave you more than the bill." They accuse us of thievery. They couldn't find where the money went. They stalled for hours. We argued and they said they'll call the police to solve the issue. We waited from 12:01am to 3:00am. They never showed up. We called ourselves and they still continue to lie. Police show up and police didn't do anything. We looked at previous reviews on Yelp and other websites that this has happened before. BE AWARE AND PAY WITH CREDIT CARD! We refused to pay an extra 2,000 Lira. We were so sick of the lies we ended up paying them anyway. The owner was involved in this 100%. We have the confrontation on film as well. Found this place, when I wanted to give my husband a fun hookah experience in Turkey! Definitely a place that wasn't easy to find because there are no signs for it. It's a rooftop of a hotel. Elevators are very small and take a long time to get to you. Was definitely packed with people from all ranges, including school kids!!! The food was good-just tried the mozzarella sticks and pizza! Husband thought the hookah, though expensive, was great! The ambience is what you really pay for and the fancy hookah set up! This place definitely made our travel to Turkey fun and memorable! This place is a little difficult to find. It's located in a hotel and you have to get to the elevator to get in. If you want a window seat then you need to make reservations coz this place is always busy! I was sitting real close to another table I could hear their entire conversation. Anyways... pitiful service! I ordered a salad with no chicken and they messed up my order twice! How do you mess up a salad? TWICE!!! By the time they got it right I didn't even want it anymore. All in all the food is not that great here, nobody comes here to eat they come here cause the hookah and the views. That's another story... It's the only redeeming things about this place. Great hookah. Great food. Good service. How can I complain? The atmosphere was so nice. The views are just as nice as the pictures show. My boyfriend and I were missing American food, so the mozzarella sticks really hit the spot. The menu has pictures, so it makes it a little easier to order food. That's how I ended up choosing. They really have everything you could think of--pizza, pasta, burger, teriyaki, Turkish food. My boyfriend had a burger and I had something with Tandir in it. It was fire. The water was alright. I asked for ice and so I could drink it cold, so that's a plus since not everywhere in Turkey does that. read more

Definitely a beautiful space. Hookah flavor was excellent, though a bit too mild for me personally. Sometimes I could barely taste it. The Sweet Dreams drink was excellent! Nice presentation. My filet was just decent. Cooked properly, but definitely not super impressive. It lacked flavor. I grill steak frequently at home, and according to all the best chefs, a steak should be salted and peppered before it's cooked. It was clear that wasn't done. If it had been, the steak would've been much better. Staff was a bit lacking. Very nice, and helpful, but I had to track someone down every time I needed more water, or another drink. They weren't very attentive. Solid 3 stars. Improved service and a better flavored steak would've made this a 5 star experience for sure. Update: I came back for a second night and had to revise my rating lower. I waited exactly 45 minutes for my first drink, and had to remind the waitress twice, then get a manager involved. The salad I ordered had great flavor, but it was drown in too much dressing and the chicken was not hot, just barely warm. Also I had a dirty fork with dried food on it. Not impressed. read more

I've been to my fair share of hookah bars and flashy ones at that coming from Las Vegas but this location exceeded every expectation I had. Coming off the cruise ship the location was within walking distance which was great. It's on the 7th floor of a beautiful and modern hotel. As we entered the lounge the smells of hookah encompassed us. We were blown away by the view of the water as well as the modern and sexy decor. Our table for 8 was in the "garden" which had a water wall, discreet overhead heating lamps and a combo of bench and chair options. The menu was vast and had really great options for any palate. The hookah options were out of this world. Beautiful clear glass filled with fruit and berries made our table look amazing. They tasted great too. The flavored were subtle and they lasted for hours. Also the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We always had someone checking on our coals, bringing new beverages as well as a few surprises on the house.
