This store sells merchandise for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pitt Panthers, Penn State Nittany Lions, Carnegie Mellon Tartans, Duquesne Dukes, Robert Morris Colonials, West Virginia Mountaineers, and other organizations. When I recently shopped in this store, the shelves and racks were packed full of merchandise. The prices, however, were high, for example, $85 for a Penguins sweatshirt. As I walked around the store, I saw no employee. I would have preferred to have an employee greet me and to help me to get merchandise off the top racks that were too tall for me to reach. Nevertheless, the selection of merchandise is huge, and I always find things that I like.

I occasionally shop at Gap to look at their women's clothing. During my most recent visit, I looked at their t-shirts, sweaters, and loungewear. I found a shirt that I liked for $25, which was an OK price. Some other shirts were 40% off. Most styles were in my size. I do recommend that the employees greet customers before we reach the cash register.

Not a great GAP. Sorry, folks…read more First, selection is not deep. While the shelves are full, everything is a 29 waist. It seems 80% of stock is in just a couple of popular sizes. We need a MIX of sizes, please. And it's all just a little sloppy, too. Second, the staff here is hit/miss at best. So many of the associates are quite apathetic, like they just can't wait to leave. This is not the case at competing stores in the same mall (e.g., Eddie Bauer and Banana Republic and J. Crew don't have this problem). Management? I've been to lots of GAPs, and know this one should do better.

It was my birthday so I figured I'd get one. I purchased a FunFetti cupcake and video taped the robotic arm scooping up my little morsel. As I turned, low and behold, the OWNERS arrived with new trays of cupcakes to load the machine. As they eyed me for videoing their machine I said nervously.. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY SO I GOT ONE! The owners laughed and said IN THAT CASE HAVE ANOTHER ONE FOR FREE...... that's right I got two cupcakes on my birthday! Oh yea.. and the mall is nice. It's a nice upscale fancy boutique mall with mostly stores for women. THE END
