I followed up with a couple of pictures of the area via txt. Waited over two weeks without any type of reply. I called back, went to Voicemail. I followed up the call with another txt indicating I didn't need their services and they immediately replied "OK." Perhaps the job wasn't big enough? I have no idea, however the complete lack of response is, in my opinion, disrespectful and I cannot recommend them. If don't you want the job, just say it. Don't leave customers hanging.

He arrived as scheduled to evaluate, measure and prepare the estimate, and he brought samples of his work. He also made several excellent recommendations for enhancing safety and appearance. His estimate was quite reasonable for this type of custom fabrication and installation. We accepted and he arrived to begin work as agreed. After meticously fitting and tack welding, he took the rails back to his shop for finish welding, then out for powder coating. During this time he kept us informed of the status, and delivered and installed the rails when promised. The quality of his finished product and the installation far exceeded our highest expectations and Grant was personable, professional and very pleasant to work with.
