I had the pleasure of working with the Swiss Monkey team for a few months before starting my externship for my dental assisting program. I learned so much & was mentored by a great team. I couldn't recommend Swiss Monkey more for anyone looking for work in the dental field. Brenna found me an amazing job at a orthodontic office in Midtown, Sacramento- my absolute dream! Take advantage of this opportunity to find an amazing job. You won't be taken better care of than here. Thank you Brenna and Rachel for the help and mentorship you gave me! Aside from offering me 16.-- for training on a position I was overqualified to automatically be placed in I told them I'd be using public transportation AS MANY IN THE WORKFORCE DO, and their alternative, THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE they offered was a position in Lincoln knowing that public transportation from downtown Sacramento made it impossible for me to fill the position and make it to work in time. Selective placement OBVIOUSLY. EVEN THOUGH THEY OFFER TRAINING IN OFFICE AS WELL THROUGH THE AGENCY which I have experience in also, but less of so I wouldn't feel like it was slavery to be trained in but they offered no such thing!!! This place is a joke, UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE OR DON'T MIND EARNING LESS THAN YOUR WORTH! I only put one star because I had to. And another thing I was kind of curious about is why they asked for an I-9 prior to any offer of employment that's awfully strange sounds like a scam to me

Beyond one of the best temp agency in Sacramento! I will recommend Connect point to anyone and…read moreeveryone! My experience with connect point land me a long term career with a great company. All my thanks to Danica, she is very caring, sweet, and amazing to work with. She is the person whose goes the extra mile. I am very impress because I have gone through different agencies in the past but their lack of follow ups was ridiculous careless about your wants/needs. Connect point was very understandable. I personally worked with Danica, I met her for an interview and we went over my resume and I told her what I was looking for. She followed up by phone and email, left a detail voicemail. She presented me an opportunity that was temporary for a few weeks until she can continue to search for a more fitting position that was temp to hire or direct hire. I was in desperate need of a pay check and didn't want to wait to work another week so I accepted the assignment, went for a drug test, and started right away. The company I was sent to was very welcoming and it was a great atmosphere to work! Danica checked in to see how things were going and always made me feel secure that she was still looking for options. While working at the company, I started to conversated with the HR Manager about my resume and open up to her about my situation understanding that the assignment was only a few weeks Connect point is still helping me land interviews for a temp to hire position for a permanent job for stability. My mindset was, even though it was not temp to hire I am still going to do my best and show my hard work; which I did I ended finishing a 3 week assignment within 1 week and a half they was very impress and HR told me she will speak to the accounting department. Long story short, I was not expecting to get hired on. I indeed push through and received an bigger opportunity I am so grateful for. It would not be possible without the amazing Danica!!! Even when I got hired onto the company and sadly departing ways from Connect point I got an unexpected visit from Danica at my new job that warmed by heart!!! She came by to give me a cupcake and thank card for good luck with a hug & ON TOP OF THAT, also a gift for the person who decided to hire me on! I am speechless and very very very thankful!! I can't stress enough on how much this means to me and made an positive impact on my life! Thank you Danica and Connect Point!!!

I was referred to this firm by a family member, and she handled my 2024-2025 tax return. I provided…read moreall required documents more than a month in advance, but due to her workload, the return was submitted on the filing deadline. I was not given an opportunity to review the return before submission. Afterward, I discovered a significant number of errors that resulted in several thousand dollars in financial impact. I raised these issues with her, but she initially responded that the tax season was over. After multiple follow-up emails, she eventually amended my Form 1040; however, the amended return contained additional errors and made the situation worse. At that point, I had no choice but to hire another CPA to correct the mistakes and clean up the filings. I have never encountered a CPA with this level of incompetence. If your tax situation is even moderately complex, I strongly recommend staying away from this firm.

In our initial conversation with Diana, she was thorough on her expectations of the action items she needed from us up front and answered all our questions. (Also I want to note that she was accommodating to our after-hours schedule for this initial meeting - Im a true believer in work/life boundaries and that she was taking from her family for our meeting - this did not go unnoticed and was appreciated) Her delivery methods of our sensitive documents and information were comfortably secure. She was very timely with initiating our tax filings and reaching out with preliminary status. Our discussions with her were very motivating as we talked about additional types of filing options, write-offs, etc, all of which we were not aware of. She is very knowledgeable about the tax codes, including new and expiring laws. She kept us updated on the status of our filing and pending associated items, and followed up to check the status of our refunds. Diana's knowledge and confidence in what she does showed itself in just our FIRST experience with her. Her presence on social media regarding tax information is engaging and convenient. I look forward to her upcoming workshops and how much more we can learn from her about our taxes.
