She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The office stayed in contact with me, arranged a very convenient pre-procedure phone appointment, and coordinated my surgery date. When I arrived, everything went seamlessly. Cosmetic procedures are not inexpensive, and this was the most money I have ever spent on myself. I can honestly say it was also the best money I have ever spent. Until you go through a procedure like this, you may not realize how much happens behind the scenes for just one patient. I had an entire team--including Christine, Priscilla, Gabby, and Teresa--and every one of them played an important role. They worked together in complete unison and were professional, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was prepared, positioned, numbed, and carefully guided through each step before Dr. Behr took over and performed the procedure. She was amazing. Although I am only three days into my recovery, I am already very happy with my results. I was also impressed by how fairly the practice treats its patients financially. My consultation fee was only $50, while many practices charge $100 to $150. That immediately told me they were not trying to take advantage of patients from the beginning. I had also seen that some practices charge an additional $100 to $150 for the required post-surgery compression garment. Dr. Behr's office provided mine at no additional charge. That may seem like a small detail, but it meant a great deal to me because it showed that they were not going to nickel-and-dime me throughout the process. The practice also offers several helpful ways to communicate and save money. I joined the Behr Club, which saved me a significant amount on my procedure. They also helped me sign up for Allē--the app with the halo--which allows patients to earn rewards and save money on certain treatments and products at participating providers. Be sure to ask about both programs. Because I live in Sacramento and cannot always drive to Fresno, the Allē program will be especially valuable to me. I had researched and visited practices in Sacramento but never felt completely comfortable with any of them. While working on assignment in Fresno, I contacted Dr. Behr's office, and I immediately knew I had found the right place. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kathleen Behr and her wonderful staff to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. They offer an extensive range of services, treat their patients with genuine care, and work together as an exceptional team. After speaking with different staff members, I was told that she does not take calls. I left messages requesting a call back, but still have not heard from her. I remain willing to discuss a resolution directly with her. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel it is important to warn others before they spend thousands of dollars here. I paid a $250 deposit and an additional $3,575, for a total of $3,825, for filler and Botox treatments performed by Dr. Desai. From the very first follow-up appointment, I repeatedly told the medical assistant that I was unhappy with my results. At every appointment, I explained that I had developed small bumps underneath my eyes, that my marionette lines were not improving and continued to show bumps, and that I was disappointed with how everything was turning out. Dr. Desai also injected my nasolabial folds, yet those lines are still visible. Despite repeatedly expressing my concerns, I felt they were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. During my appointments, Dr. Desai told me that the Botox she had recommended interfered with the fillers. That statement left me questioning why that treatment plan had been recommended in the first place. If I was being told that one treatment interfered with another, why would I feel comfortable proceeding with additional procedures? At that point, my confidence in the treatment plan had been significantly diminished. I have allowed adequate time for the treatment to settle and for any improvement to occur. Given the number of injections I received and the significant financial investment I made, the outcome does not reflect the scope of the treatment. After allowing adequate time, I met with Dr. Behr to discuss my concerns. During that visit, she recommended performing additional treatment. However, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with more procedures because of the concerns I already had, including being told that the Botox recommended by Dr. Desai interfered with the fillers. I wanted my concerns addressed and understood before considering any additional treatments. During that same process, I asked Dr. Behr to review and compare my before-and-after photos because my results looked nothing like the photos I had been shown or expected. Dr. Behr refused to look at my photos or compare them. It was after this that the medical assistant made the statement that "everyone in the Central Valley knows that it doesn't last," which was extremely concerning to me given the amount of money I had invested. I also asked the office manager, Kristy, for a copy of the documentation showing my concerns from each of my visits. Kristy stated that she would send those records to me through email. To this day, I have never received the documentation she said she would provide. The documents that were provided to me did not include any statements or notes showing that I had expressed my concerns during my visits. I did everything I could to give the office an opportunity to address my concerns. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. After spending $3,825, I expected professional care, honest communication, and accountability when I expressed that I was unhappy with my results. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before investing a significant amount of money. I am requesting a full refund of the $3,825 I paid. Given my experience, the concerns I raised throughout the process, and the outcome I received, I believe a full refund is warranted because of the results did not reflect the expectations and information that were discussed prior to treatment.

My wife mentioned a sun spot on my face had gotten bigger and suggested I get it checked out. Instead of going to just a dermatologist, I went right to the source and went to the Skin and Cancer institute of Fresno to checked out. I had a biopsy done and the spot tested positive for squamous cell carcinoma, a very common form of skin cancer with a high survival rate, but still scary. The office told me a lot of people have this and the survival is in the 95 - 99 percentile, which made me feel better. After a few weeks, I headed back to the spot removed and lucky for me the extra tissue/segment they removed tested negative for carcinoma! I did get three stitches in my face and potentially a cool scar, as my son says. The staff here for the most part was friendly, but a few could a refresh on their bedside manner and be reminded when people hear the word "cancer," it's scary AF! The appointment process was a breeze. They use APPatient, a scheduler app which made the process so easy from beginning to end. I paid, set up prescriptions pickup locations, and received appointments all from the app which was awesome. I have a full body scan set for September! Just a reminder to wear sunscreen and get all moles or weird skin discolorations checked out!

I was there for a full body screening which the Dr. took less than 2 min doing and just asked if I had area of concern. My previous body screening with your office was very thorough and the PA took her time scanning my whole body. Dr. Alamgir couldn't care less it seemed. I then had an area on my face (bridge of my nose between my eye) that I was concerned it was basil cell. The Dr. agreed that it did look like basil cell and said she could do a biopsy. She did not explain how the procedure would go nor the aftermath of the biopsy. I could tell during the biopsy she was having a hard time as she left the room once during the procedure and did not communicate with me. All I received was an aftercare paper. No explanation that I would have a major wound on my face that I would have to tend too. Didn't send me home with any bandages as my husband had to go out to get because of the ones I needed for this particular spot. Friday afternoon I end up having swelling under my eye which I iced. Then Friday evening I had my right cheek swell and get very red and warm. I took Benadryl and ibuprofen. I called the after hours number sat morning and left a voicemail just to have no one call me back. Why do you have an after hours number if no one is going to call back? That following Monday I called the office to get the email of the office manager to let her know of my experience. No Response! Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!
