I bought a sander at a great price on sale plus buy everything that I needed to paint a room. This is a large very clean and organized store. The only thing that I hope that they will set up soon is to be able to purchase items online to pick up at one of their stores. That would make things easier for me.

WHAT IS ACE DOING??!!!…read more I ordered an item online from Ace and needed to return it, so I went to their website (sadly I ignored my instinct not to shop at Ace because they are going extinct). Their "easy" return policy states that you must find a store and return it there or call a number. I called the number and was met with a promotional scam. The only option to get to talk to a representative was to dial "1" which brings you to a promotional department asking if you want $100. I wasn't born yesterday and I know you never get something for nothing. I said I just want to know how to return my item and so they promptly hung up on me, so I had to find a store. The nearest store was Werner's Ace, in Florida, NY, which is a 25 minute drive from my house. When I got there and said that I needed to make an online return, a very rude woman snapped at me that I have to come back tomorrow because the person who does online returns will be in tomorrow. So, of the three people behind the counter, none knew how to process a return - there is just one person specially trained LOL??!!! What are you doing guys? Do you know what year it is?

Matt assured me the wood was seasoned (2-3 yrs). The price for a chord was fair and it was a bit cheaper per chord if you purchased more than one. I was also able to get my delivery within 2 days of the date I ordered. Matt gave me an estimated time and contacted me to confirm same time the date of delivery. The driver was friendly as well as polite and dumped the wood where I requested. I've been burning the wood (exactly as promised) for the last couple of weeks and am very happy with it. I highly recommend MNM for their quality of wood and awesome customer service!

The layout of the store was very nice and the ladies room was clean and well stocked with tissue, paper towels and soap. There was a nice grassy area to walk our dogs before and after the dogs got their vaccines. Maybe a dog poop bag dispenser would be handy because there were poop piles from people that did not clean up.

Even though the water heater is only 2 years old, Frank claimed that he replaced the two elements (he never showed me any evidence that he had in fact replaced them). However, even before he had left the premise, the water heater was again tripping the breaker. Obviously, the problem wasn't being caused by the "bad elements" in the water heater. Frank still charged us $210. He claimed that the elements were still bad, even thought the cause of the short was somewhere else. Frank is a very personable guy.
