I'm so thrilled to find this handyman! His problem-solving skills are what stand out as exceptional, in addition to his very reasonable fees. I paid him more than what his bill was because he earned it! The top drawer of our armoire broke and it prevented all the drawers below from opening. He figured out the mechanism that was causing it and repaired it. The dowel to open the blinds to a sliding glass door also needed repaired. He fixed it with wire making it more durable than the plastic that broke initially. Rick is clean cut (dressed in slacks and a collared shirt), polite and professional. Unfortunately he was super busy - that's a good thing - and wasn't able to help us with any of our projects (putting in new cabinets - 3 rooms, replacing a window, replacing a door jamb, putting in shelves, building a cover for our AC unit) He didn't even bid the jobs - which he told us. For specific perspective, I am a senior, single woman who used to get this sort of help from my son, but we now live in different cities.
