I emailed my web design information to Reich. No response so I phoned. She said she thought my…read moreemail was spam. We talked for a while and she seemed nice enough. I sent files of my needs for a big project. Overall, she was not responsive to replies and didn't seem to want my business. I called numerous times and emailed her a few times. Eventually she just stopped responding even though she assured me she wanted to do the project. If a project is beyond your abilities just simply say so at the beginning. This was a big waste of my time.
