I sent files of my needs for a big project. Overall, she was not responsive to replies and didn't seem to want my business. I called numerous times and emailed her a few times. Eventually she just stopped responding even though she assured me she wanted to do the project. If a project is beyond your abilities just simply say so at the beginning. This was a big waste of my time.

The cpu was installed the cooler was not I was charged $350 for them to install half the parts I gave them. shoot the parts even came in the same box! very unsatisfied. never even told me the new cooler wasn't installed just handed me the box back and let me drive back home to open it up and realize the new cooler for the new cpu i just bought wasn't installed. you literally took the cooler off installed a new cpu and installed the old cooler on top the new cpu. pretty sure the sell it as a box set for a reason.
