I usually check their Facebook page ahead of time to see what vendors will be there. I always end up leaving with something - gourmet cupcakes or pickles, crystal bracelets, travel mugs, tee shirts - you name it, you'll probably find it there, and at a reasonable price sold by friendly people.

I visited for a Mindful Mornings event on a rainy November morning. Nearby metered street parking was easy to grab. For this event the space was set up for a presentation. A large projector screen was displayed in the front of the room. Small tables were set up on the side featuring some caffeine and sweets from local businesses who partnered for this event. There was ample seating around the room. The signs on the wall could be quickly changed to accommodate a menu or just an inspirational quote or message to fit the theme of the space. In the back of the room there was a full professional kitchen ready for some of the area's culinary talent to make magic happen. From their website "Created and sponsored by Grow. I am so excited that this space exists and I will be actively keeping an eye out for unique local experiences in this space.
